I have had the worst 3 months of my life since my husband passed away. I was referred to Tri Co by a Mobile RV shop to take care of a propane issue I was left with. And they truly went above and beyond to help me. I left with all issues resolved and a full tank of propane for my motor home. The entire crew was kind, compassionate and diligent. Truly went out of their way to find me help even if it wasnt them. But in the end, they took care of it all! They now have a customer for life. Thank you Gary, Mary, Cynthia and the rest of the crew. Ya'll are the best.

Trico Propane in Granger has always come through for me, and delivered propane to me when the weather conditions were extreme and many people, like me, were out of propane. This great delivery service continued during the severe ice strom of 2021, when I ran out of propane and the ability to heat my home. A Trico truck pulled up to my house when it was 35 degrees INSIDE my home and refilled my propane tank and lit all the pilot lights necessary, like my furnace light, water heater light, and checked my gas stove so I could cook hot meals again. Trico has always been there for me, and they are also nice people.

Absolutely horrible service over the phone. I called to have six propane bottles filled at my business. The young lady was extremely rude and condescending. She informed me that they don’t fill bottles up off of the truck. I explained to her that the website specifically stated that they provided a service where a 5 pound bottle for a barbecue pit could be filled up at a residence. I have never in my life experienced someone try to make me feel so unimportant and uneducated. As a business owner, I would never allow one of my employees to act in that way..

Called to have tank filled . Driver showed up said he had to do a pressure test on tank . He complained about location of tank and had a poor attitude . He told me the tank failed pressure test and he had no idea where the leak was and I need to have someone come out and fix it . Had a plumbing company come out and do the pressure test and it was leaking right at the gauge on the tank . Was told that if a pressure check was done on the tank before it would have been obvious to the person performing the test where the leak was.

Stuck in Taylor in RV in the middle of a winter storm. Everything was closed. Tri County answered the phone at 9:01 and advised they were open. Made the icy trip and filled my tank. Thank you staying open!

This company provides poor service. My parents PAID for there propane a few days to a week before the winter storm and still haven't received it. We kept calling and all we kept getting was the truck is out delivering, maybe this afternoon or tomorrow. They love to take your money and deliver when they feel like it. The roads have been clear, and nothing was said about any kind of waiting list when they took the payment way before this storm. Even if there was some kind of waiting list, then my parents should have been on top of the list since they had already paid.

They have come at freezing night and a holiday to deliver propane. Always very friendly and prompt. Their office staff are great also.
