kind, chill staff. selection is quite large for how small it looks on the outside! store is a little messy at times, but honestly, what $ store isn’t?? 😂

Employees were sick and croup coughing. They were spraying Lysol but still don’t need to be working and getting others sick. Not good.

The manager of the store told my son he couldn't wear a mask and only did so when I was around the corner. When he told me, I went to ask her why he wasn't allowed to and she said it was because that was HER store and if he wore a mask she would call the police and have us escorted off the property. I have never in my life understood why adults think that speaking to a child and not the parent first is ever okay. And to be so condescending and rude shows that this woman doesn't need to be in customer service. You would think after being closed down by the city for all of the disorganization you would appreciate your job and your customers. I'm still waiting on a call back from corporate because this is unacceptable.

Always tons of options for general merchandise but there's usually not enough staff working to be able to stock the shelves and clear the floor of totes packed on wheeled carts. Prices are higher than Walmart of course but you pay for the convenience I guess.

and I'm done. This store continues to miss and disappoint on EVERY level. Problem one, paying employees $10 an hour part-time does not a happy employee make. I've heard it from more employees than I should have. Two, the aisles are always cluttered with rolling carts full of products that need to be shelved. Three, the self-checkout that took them months to get completely installed is consistently down causing everyone to wait in line, thusly negating the entire purpose of a fast checkout. I've been the guy in line with one item behind the person who did their entire grocery shopping, more than once. Four, it's generally hard to find items you need due to lack of stock. Five, prices keep going up. Six, the place is disgustingly filthy. One employee had a cockroach on the counter at checkout I guess he was playing with it. Seven, demeanor of employees is underwhelming probably due to terrible pay. Eight, store closes at 5pm constantly. Shut this place down. Repurpose the building as a nice restaurant or something worth having in granite shoals. Good thing Family Dollar opened up next door. I wont set foot in this store again.

I don't know which$Store you're asking about! We love our Granite Shoals Dollar store, mainly because we love our cashier! The stocking of the store sucks! Kingsland $1 General is usually better stocked, but smaller and extremely crowded. But I love me some young guy workers there! They're always to try and help!

clerks are incredibly rude. they like to argue when customer is clearly right. they have signs posted for items for sale but do not honor the sale price then argue with you when you suggest removing the signs or fixing the price. terrible service, only one lane opened ever. inventory crowding store always, employees do not sanitize.

There's people are wonderful and great workers. They had a lot of staff quit on them and they still manage to stay open wow. I'm proud of yall thank yalls hard work. We all appreciate yall. Thank yall so much for everything yall do.?
