excellent! highly recommended! from the very first time we spoke on the phone, KIM was super nice. very knowledgeable,and wanted to take care of a new potential customer. they had the glass ordered and delivered the next day! and also worked hard to save me some money on a few other things for my car. extremely nice people that make you want to give them all of your business! EXCELLENT!...(on a side note, i dont know how Hobson's glass has any customers? the woman who answers the phone was snotty and rude. she also told me that i would have to pay half for the glass, and that she would give me no date on when it would be there for the repair. she said it could be a week or more we just dont know? so i was supposed to pay and just sit there and wait? dont get that when Saucier's had my glass the next day, and i called them at 4PM. they close at 5, and still the glass was ready and put in the next day!
