I had been at Grapevine UHaul and had numerous issues with management. Move to 1st Choice was easy and management seems attentive. Am glad i made the move.

Very helpful!!! Couldn’t find a 10 by 15 unit anywhere, but they suggested 2 units of 10 by 10 next to each other. Cost was the same with their discount, but so much more space! Also locked in their rates for first year with a set amt increase for the next. So honest and upfront! Have been in these units for a couple of months now and have only positive things to say about the company. Highly recommend!

You are asking for a review the day after you raised the rates?! What were you thinking!! I will say that I have had my two storage units for over a decade and have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, the units clean, and the temperature appropriate for my needs. I just wish the rates could continue to be what I can afford!!

They keep it clean for the most part and looks like they spray for bug. One issue was bird nesting right over the door to the H units causing a poop mess.
