Came here yesterday evening, put in card to purchase gas, pump did not work. Moved to 2nd pump, same thing however my card was charged $1, now I am worried the card got scammed

New owner after remodel is rude. He should show some respect for employees and not be disrespectful to them in front of customers. In your country that may be acceptable. You wonder why ppl don't want to come to work is because managers like you. Respect your employees as employees not your child.

This XAct Air machine has no pressure at all. It robbed me off of $2.00. Went inside the store to let them know the issue and the clerk said they have nothing to do with it. Clearly the sign has 7 Eleven printed all over it. I will never come here again..customer service is straight up trash!

Customer service is good. They always greet the customer while entering and leaving. The store was clean and organized and the employees try their best to get what customers need

They always have the best gasprices in this area.However,1/2 of their gas pumps arealways in disrepair. I guessthat's the compromise forhaving such good prices.

In the first time I got experienced like thisThis store gave me a bad day ,,, I am really shocked ?I go to the store for cash lottery but they don’t want to give me even they have enough money ,,,,I understand they can refuse me if they don’t have enough money ?,,, it was 100 dollarsAnd they told me ,,, they can give me instead of I have to buy more lottery is like a forced me to buy lotteryThen I just ask that guy ,,, where you fromThen the manager came and shout me to leave the store ???I am really shockedI have also store ,,,, we never behaved like this with customers???????????

Ok, there is one thing wrong with this 7-11 and it isn't the folks who work there, the stock, or the prices. For over two weeks now, this 7-11 has smelt as though there's an open raw sewage drain running throughout the store like some kind of fecal river Styx.While being a highly uncomfortable experience for any customers within the store, I worry more for the employees who have to spend many hours here throughout the week. This cannot be sanitary or healthy for them. It's honestly a wonder that this place is still open right now.Will happily amend this review if this misma of stench is addressed and the safety of the workers guaranteed.EDIT: Exchanged emails with area leader Diane who informed me that while the smell is extremely off-putting, it is harmless and is related to a malfunction in their fountain. She told me that they're working on getting it addressed as soon as possible. I really appreciate her getting back to me on this matter.

Went in feb. 20, 2023 to purchase gas & 2 redbulls. The female cashier said my card kept declining so I went to my car to retrieve another card to make the purchase. After I left the store and went to work I checked my other card (the one that the cashier said declined) and found out that I was charged twice. I called the store and was told there was nothing they can do in the store because the transaction had already went through and that I would have to file a dispute with my bank instead. The bank shouldn’t be responsible for YOUR cashier’s mistake.
