at 4am the guy sitting in the chair right by the office door asked me "can't you ring it up yourself?" I declined, said "I shouldn't have to do your job for you." Seriously, if you cannot provide a human to ring up orders at 4am, just go fully auto. He takes customers sales points if they don't have a membership anyways ?. white guy gauged.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s 15 till 8 am and a line of 10 people and only one guy running the register. Two others there but one just kept taking out trash and another kept counting. Poor customer service and makes people late for work. Horrible! The service isn’t the only bad thing, they have trash blowing all over because they don’t maintain their trash either.

I popped in to buy a couple of things and I had to use the restroom. I was in there a few minutes then Tila (spelling) knocked on the door and told me I had to leave. I told her I was using the bathroom but she was insisting and rude. Then she told me to clean it before I came out. As if to say I was going to trash the place. What an invasion of privacy and an over reach of authority. I don't know if she is the manager or not, but she was rude and needs to rethink her concept of customer service. I used to spend a lot of money here but Tila took care of that. Do better 7-11.
