Beware when shopping at this location. I was charged more than listed price. Representatives didn’t want to accept accountability. Finally when the rep realized I was over charged. They made it extremely difficult to remedy the situation. Refused to provide their names or managers/district managers names and email.
I loved the products I purchased, but extremely disappointed with the poor service my family and I received at this Grapevine Mill Mall location. I spent just under $300.
There was one rep named Ryan that I spoke with that was professional, however he also refused to provide the names and contact information of his leaders, for me to escalate this situation further.

Dark skinned manager and a girl associate had the most unprofessional attitude when handling return. Their fitting was CLOSED on the day I purchased the item, and I came back to return it 2-3 days later since it was too big. I have cats, and apparently few got on the black track pants. Other than those two hairs, the pants was obviously brand new as I literally just tried it on once. Yet they stood there saying it can't be accepted blah blah, ridiculous. Their attitude on top of it did not help at all. Have your fitting room closed 2 hours prior to closing is more inconvenient for customers. No need for attitude, they need to be trained on how to handle basic customer service.

Worst ever service. @Adidas. I Purchased and returned same date the shoes and still didn't get any refund since 6/27/2023. It is almost 2 years. I have an open support case number and the issues is still not resolved. I had multiple calls with support team and no result.

I went to this store to make a return and they closed 10 minutes early !!!! Literally I had multiple people talking to ME behind the closed door; not only was this UNPROFESSIONAL but DISRESPECTFUL especially since the manager lisa was one of those people and asked what I was there for; now with that being said I was told everything was shut down but saw her checking out employees…. What a DISGRACE to the company to have people like this !!!!

This store is sorry. Went to buy, Adidas slids for my Nephew. They had nothing stocked. They carrie his size but did not have in stocks. GO on line. Don't waiste your time.

I went to the store to return soccer cleats that i purchased two weeks ago and tried them on, and they wornt comfortable and they are still clean.Kevin claimed to be the "manager" at first he said he will take them back (doing me no favor that's his job) then he refused after 2 second.
I asked him about his name and he wouldn't even show me his name on the tag.
It's a shame to have Managers acting thus way and forget all about customer service.
Be careful when you deal with Kevin he is unpredictable and can't really on what he is talking about.
I've spent a lot of money at this store, but this is the last time.

Not great customer service in this store, should learn from Nike grapevine. For a fitting room, we had to go to the counter everytime for someone to unlock one. The guy unlocking as well, whose big does not talk just shows hand expressions and talks in the mic more than with the customer. I think he should know the meaning of customer service

one of the employees almost hit me in the face pulling a hanger out from the rack right in front of my face. I had just walked over to the clearance rack and maybe she thought i knocked all the stuff that was already on the floor but maybe say excuse me and try not to wack your customers??

I've never really found anything good at this store... that's probably because shoe resellers either have a deal with management here or hoard nicer shoes when they come in.
I personally witnessed someone buying what looked like pallets full of shoes one day from the store... it was multiple thousands of dollars... and even the staff who were there shook their heads in what seemed to be disgust at what was going down.
It just seemed shady to me... but explains why I've never found a great deal on cooler Adidas shoes at this store.
