Reckless and immature!We got a loan for a car, one we pay every single month. We used a feature suggested to us to use a “skip” month for December. Unfortunately they lack any sort of communication as to critical rules regarding said “skip” like, “the skip will be forfeited if you pay the last months bill even one day late” (despite the 10 day grace period in payment) and they didn’t tell us until late fees occurred. They said it was no fault of their own for not explaining the perimeters and I was on hold for over an hour just to be told what the fee was. They were rude and I eventually hung up because that’s no way to treat customers. I do not recommend using this bank for ANYTHING as it’s not just inconvenient, they are criminals. I enclosed a screenshot of the 1hr 8min hold time where they told me 4 different stories explaining what the issue was.
