I asked for manager help from Yadira when bringing in old jeans to recycle and the manager Yadira was unwilling to help with any additional discount. Really bad customer service from the manager.

I don’t mind being left alone to shop but if I ask for help I don’t normally expect side eye or to be huffed at by another employee (who seems to match the description of the other review posting about the behavior towards his girlfriend) they can do better especially with paying customers bc it wasn’t just me that night lol

I visited the American Eagle side of this storefront. I found everything I was looking for in my size. There is a great clearance section that has a large number of products. I interacted with 2 of the employees, and they were both helpful in their own ways. The check was not bad, and I signed up for a rewards account.
The store was neat and tidy.

Apparently my gf was the hottest girl there and the staff was player hating behind the counter. The plus sized girl who helped her was also very rude. (Yes i said plus sized)

The girls that work here give me the ick. They give off such mean girl pick me vibes. Instead of greeting you, they just snicker and gossip in the corner while they stare at you. I came in for a return and you’d think I pooped my pants in front of the school assembly or something the way they looked/treated me. I mean I get that they’re awkward teenagers but dang, y’all need to get socialized into society better or something cause this ain’t cute ?

Merchandise is extremely expensive for an outlet store. Better quality and prices elsewhere.
