This place is a joke when being loaded 3 pallets it took 2 hrs after 1st hour the girl at the window says he starting to load now. Then another hour and then paperwork

Service has gotten better since last year but they make drivers stand in the sun while waiting for turn in office. It was 100 degrees. A small tent for shade??? Something?
