We had an appointment this morning with Dr. Dennis Crow to diagnose a chronic post surgical condition for my Granddog. I want to let everybody know he went beyond the routine standard of care to help us figure this out. He's great.

Had a great experience here with my dog. He had some issues with his ear and they were able to get him in sooner based upon the issues. Upon arrival we were greeted, he was weighed, and we were taken to a room.
There was no long wait to see the doctor which I appreciated. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He gave us some medicine and we set up a return visit. We had great results with the medicine making the check up joyful. Same great experience the second visit as well. The staff was kind and helpful, the cost was reasonable, and overall experience great.
IMO the only area of improvement is the pre appointment process and experience. For me it was a bit overwhelming between the calls and emails. I understand needing information and ensuring patients show up for their appointment, but this is a dog and not everyone takes their dog to regular vet appointments, we don't so it just seemed like a lot initially leading up to the appointment. Nonetheless, it all worked out and was a great experience.

Dr. Peterson was an absolute angel. When she cane in she greeted stormie and then sat on the floor to talk about why we were there. Gave me honest and true information all the while making stormie feel at ease.

The Animal Dermatology Clinic is the best! After my dog, Sedona, had been misdiagnosed several times by my regular vet, I took it upon myself, with a little research on google, to reach out to them. Her nails kept splitting and falling off and she was in terrible pain and limping for months. She saw Dr. Crow and I will tell you he is amazing with animals. Sedona is a very nervous dog and he sat down on the floor with her and made her feel comfortable… she even kissed him. He asked me a few questions about her symptoms and knew immediately what was going on with her. She has a condition called Lupoid Onychodystrophy… it’s very rare and less then 1% of dogs are diagnosed with it. He started her on treatment and after a few weeks her nails healed up and she was back to her old self again. I definitely would recommend them!

Bubba loves Dr. Petersen. After a year of back and forth and thousands of dollars with his regular vet, she got Bubbas itchy ears under control. He's back to himself again!!

THE SWEETEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET!!!!! Dr. Crow and his team truly love and care about each patient. We do a follow-up visit every few years, and the level of care is always exemplary.

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff was very loving and passionate about treating animals. Dr. Crow was very professional and through with Kong diagnosis and treatment. Kong is looking and feeling amazing!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Crow and his staff. Dr Crow was very thorough and explained everything to me. He is very knowledgable and wonderful. I am so happy that I finally got some answers for my white dog.Additionally the staff was amazing. Very nice, kind and genuinly seemed happy to be there, which makes a huge different. We were greeted at the door and came to meet my dog (Jack) right away. They clearly love animals and want to help. The tech who came and gave me the results of the allergy test and explained treatment was kind and explained everything.Thank you for the great experience! I will recommend this practice to everyone!

Wonderful crew helped my cat who'd developed an ear hematoma. Four month wait for appointments but our vet helped us get a referral sooner. Dr Crow was great and found the issue and resolved it very quickly and she now is cured! We're big fans!

Wonderful, kind and caring staff. Professional and warm. These people really love animals and provide them the best care possible. They helped treat my orange tabby’s skin issues. He used to wear a soft cone 24/7 because his skin allergies were so bad and he couldn’t stop over-grooming. Several vets could not figure out the issue so I am so thankful I found this place which specializes in pet skin issues. Now Frankie is living the good life cone free! ? Thank you guys for all you do!
