I am BEYOND appalled at the service ROBYN gave me over the phone. My dog was in need of emergency care and I was calling to see if they would be able to help. Robyn answered the phone and was so belittling and mean about the basic questions I had, she ended up cutting me off to put me on hold and transferred me to somebody else. This is absolutely disgusting behavior to exhibit while I have an animal in distress and need help fast. She obviously has no empathy and should be the last person working at a pet hospital.

Dr Carol and the team are fantastic!! My dog got a fish hook stuck in his throat and they were able to get it out without surgery. They never gave up and stuck with it and got the job done! I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks team for all you did for my family!!

Dr. McGee and the staff were SO kind and professional. We were very worried about our dog when we brought her in. They took care of her right away and kept us updated. Dr.McGee went over all of the x rays and blood work with us and put us at ease. They even brought a towel for my pup to snuggle in while we waited for test results. I could not have asked for better care. Thank you!!

We were so worried about our male Shih TZu as he may have had a seizure, or perhaps a heart attack. Even the possibility of pneumonia as he had been coughing. This facility and the Dr gave him 2 very much needed injections to help him, until we could get him back to our vet the next day. Everything was explained to us clearly regarding the many procedures that could be done to help him. They Included the cost that could be incurred. They were both professional, and compassionate. We believe that they kept our pup alive and our vet is still pursuing options for us.

Our experience at the Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas in Grapevine was truly first rate. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, Dr. Altum and her colleagues were extremely knowledgeable and gentile, and the general atmosphere was positive andencouraging. We truly felt so confident leaving our pet in their care and after our visit, the hospital was quick to help us with any and all other needs. We would highly recommend the Animal Emergency Hospial of North Texas in Grapevine to pet owners!.

Each time I've had to come, they've given my rabbit the necessary care to help him get over stasis and are always willing to answer all my questions. Just make sure to check with them that one of their rabbit-savvy docs is in that day (never ran into an issue where there wasn’t one but always good to check). This past time I went they were quick and heard out all my questions both in person and over the phone. This help from them gave me the confidence I needed to get through a very difficult night last night but luckily, things turned out alright for my bunny and he got over his stasis again.*Update February 2024*Just came here again for my bunny with GI Stasis again unfortunately. Luckily the doctor and nurses on call were so patient with me, answered all my questions, and when my bunny started feeling better on his own and eating some/peeing/pooping they let me watch him in his litterbox as long as I needed and once he was fully back to normal I took him home. Not every vet would allow that kind of flexibility so I really appreciated it, and was so glad I was able to go home with a healthy bun without having to do additional procedures since he was starting to feel better. I know everytime he needs those procedures they've got my back too. Thanks to everyone here, and especially Dr. Beckham this particular time for her thoughtfulness, consideration, and patience!

Thanks for caring greatly about our fur baby, Buzz Light Year. It was devastating enough to rush him to you all, but the compassion and care we received from the time we walked in crying and worried until the time we walked out smiling, hopeful and relieved ? was a God send. He’s eating and drinking normally! Thank you so much for saving our bunny. Please continue doing what you are doing, always want to do better, and please continue to assist those in need! God bless you all!

They provided great care for my conure. They let us call as much as we wanted while he was hospitalized and they were happy to give us updates. During the exam/consult they were thorough explaining everything to us and were compassionate during a very stressful time.
