In from out of state and have spent days at other stores and walked around the whole mall in search of a suit. I am about to start my first internship and so it’s been a mix of frustration and anxiety. Tonight, I went into this store about 30 minutes before they closed. I found a suit that I thought was so beautiful. Fitting rooms were closed but when my mom asked, the staff let me try it on. Immediately I knew it was for me. When I walked to check out, my mom and I thanked them profusely and the manager was so kind and excited for me. She made me feel very special and when I thanked her, and was emotional, she gave me a hug and was so happy and kind to me. It was truly a wonderful experience at this location. I found something I am confident and happy in and felt extremely supported by the manager.

The staffs there are not helpful at all. I don’t know why they want to work there if they are not happy. Not greeting , not giving a smile or even felt annoyed by being asked questions about inventory or helping to get to fitting room is definitely a no or negative attitude for this store. I suggest the brand manager check who they hired to represent.

It's 6:35pm and they have the gates closed. This store always has its own agenda! Drove 25 min to come to this store, online says closes at 7pm and they are closed at 6:35pm. I'm finally at the point to where I had to write a bad review!

I purchased a sweater dress and when the receipt was about to print, the monitor of their computer crashed. The cashier was apologetic and called the guy associate to help her. The guy asked if the charge went through so I showed them the charge in my account. I waited patiently there because I wanted my receipt , it’s not showing in my email and they keep looking for it so he kept asking me my number 3x to find the receipt and asked me if it really went through in my account !!! that’s where I find it ANNOYING ! I don’t appreciate the tone of the voice of the guy and as if I am lying ,while I showed him again that it really it went through, at that point I felt like I don’t want the dress anymore but I just want to get out of there because I been standing for a long time while they trying to figure it out. I got more frustrated so I walked out of there not ended up not getting my receipt and lost my precious time. It’s their fault but I felt like I get blamed from their incompetence.
Customer service was awful!!

This is the only store where my wife can come in and be stress-free, feel good about herself, and then get all the positive words or encouragement and affirmations from the ever so helpful staff.
Even though I can't shop for clothes for me here, this store is the epitome of happiness. Highly recommend it!

The cashier was very rude to my Mom & didn’t even know what a gift receipt was… she’s making us wait til a manager can print us a gift receipt… first she said she she couldn’t do it… and now she’s talking to her manager wasting a lot of our time. This is ridiculous. How do you work in retail & not know what a gift receipt is?

Came to the store yday with my sister. Was rudely approached by store staff, Glenda. I was in the fitting room and I heard her telling my
Sister to put the 2 strollers we had to the side. She could have said it nicely but we did it anyways. Then she came back flabbergasted and told us to put them outside. We were moving the strollers outside and she rushed us by pushing my stroller out while I was doing it. I told her not to touch it. She then ran to the cashier to talk about us on our way to the cashier. I told her to please not talk about us. I complied to what she requested both times. No need for negative talk. She ran to the next store associate and talked about us again.
Terrible person. Management please teach your associates on how to handle situations. Could have been done nicely.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT BY AMANDA: Bear with me while I explain the appalling behavior.I use to love this shop, when I was shopping though the store I found an item that was very nice, I saw that they possibly had a promotion going on with it so I checked the other side of the rack, that’s when I saw that the skirt was 60% off. I went up to the front desk to check out, when the cashier rang me up it was only coming out to 40% off. I told the lady that I saw a sign in the back that said 60% I lead her to the place and she said yup, that looks to be right and that they would honor the 60%. She didn’t understand why it was ringing at 40%, she was new to the store and proceeded to get her coworkers to which they said that the sign was in a misleading area but that they would honor what I saw. They needed a manager to over ride the system, when they got the manager Amanda, she was snarky right off the bat, saying that she would not honor that price. She said that the items must have been placed there by mistake, and I said that didnt make since, she then went back to check the sign. With a smirk and condescending tone she said well the sign says off select items. I told her that it’s wrong to place a misleading sign, she then acted like I’m the one wrong. I said that it’s bad business that she refuses to honor the price when it was misleading. She got very defensive and was rolling her eyes smirking and grinning. Her attitude was absolutely appalling, I had to educate her on how to behave like an adult and how she was representing the company she works for. My husband stepped in as he was very upset at her behavior towards me, and told her how she was acting was completely out of place. She began to roll her eyes at him, and saying she’s not doing anything wrong. The employees around looked absolutely embarrassed by her behavior, that’s when I said let’s leave. As someone who has worked in this environment, that is not how you talk to customers, and that is not how you run an establishment. Very disappointing and Childish behavior from a grown woman, Amanda was dreadful to deal with.WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Today I met Trish, one of the Sales Associates. I have always loved Ann Taylor but today she took my love for the brand and shopping experience at another level! Such a joyful, kind and attentive person!! She went above and beyond to help me and make sure we were taken care of! What an amazing customer service culture at Ann Taylor Grapevine!

Sales people were very helpful, but some of the signage was not clear and had to ask the cashier to double check. They honored the percent off on the signage, so all and all, a great visit.
