Our phone went swimming today and we needed to get a replacement. Off to the ATT store. Shane was an excellent guide through the maze of upgrading and reconnecting a new phone. He helped us restore connectivity and even made sure our Apple Watch connected! We will come back to see him again.

I had the opportunity to check out the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S25 series at my local AT&T retail store, and it was an experience that went beyond just exploring new technology.
Upon entering the store, I was immediately impressed by the welcoming and attentive staff. Heidi provided me with exceptional assistance, demonstrating a deep understanding of the S25 Ultra. Her expertise made my decision to upgrade incredibly easy.
However, during my visit, I witnessed a challenging situation. Another customer became quite rude to Heidi, despite her efforts to provide helpful service. It was disheartening to see such behavior. Fortunately, Jay, another AT&T team member, stepped in to assist. He handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, effectively calming the customer and resolving their concerns.
What truly stood out was the customer's subsequent apology to Heidi. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of human decency and the impact of empathetic service.
This AT&T store's team demonstrated outstanding customer service and teamwork. Heidi and Jay's handling of the situation was a testament to their dedication and professionalism. I would happily choose to visit this location, even if it meant passing by other AT&T locations. The staff's commitment to excellent service is truly commendable. They are a great example of how customer service should be.
