The stupid fat black guy was no help and extremely rude. Tried to go in to exchange my iPad due to lack of storage on the device and he said i had to buy it and keep two iPads. I can't use a device with minimal storage. He gave me no solutions and wasn't helpful at all. It's not a good look to have lazy and rude people working for you.

I had purchased and received via UPS a new iPhone 15 Pro. I brought it to your store and was immediately helped by Lesley. She transferred all my data and pictures from my old iPhone. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Really unhelpful & unkind customer service from a woman with blonde hair (cannot remember her name). We came in last week with a trade in that was initially told to be worth $1,000. When we came to drop it off, we were told they could only give us $700 due to a “crack on the screen.” The “crack on the screen” was actually on the screen protector that they would not allow us to remove. We won’t be back to this location.

Initially thought I was having a good experience, but found out I was given misinformation and opted into programs with monthly fees that we did not want. I was added onto FirstNet and had a family plan. I was told this plan would be a certain price and I asked to verify multiple times on multiple visits. I was helped by a second person the third time I came in and was told the original numbers were not correct. I received my first bill and found I was enrolled in the Next Up program which involves a monthly fee. I was never told about this program. In store, I was told I had to call customer service to resolve. I called customer service and they said I had to wait a period of time before this fee could be taken off and credited to me. I'm quite annoyed I was enrolled in a program that has a monthly fee without being told and then was told they couldn't do anything about it in store. Instead of taking care of a mistake they made, I have to spend hours of my time to ensure this gets fixed while having to pay the fee in the mean time.

We wanted to combine 2 accounts and upgrade out plan and phones. Because of a couple of unique problems with our accounts our agent, Valentin, had to call in for support. The first agent he talked to, gave him incorrect information. The second one had the answers, but the corrective action required us to come in the next day. Overall, Valentine stayed with us for about 3 hours working the problem until it was resolved. I can't say enough about Valentin's patience getting the answers to combine the accounts, and getting our upgrades. Kudos to the team in Grapevine.

Don’t come here if you’re looking to fix an error on your account and upgrade a phone. The employee that was going to assist us would rather have us on hold with 611 support and sit there instead of calling their retail sales support line to fix an issue AT&T made. Also, I know there wasn’t a time constraint because we came in an hour and a half before close and sat on hold inside the store the entire time. Go to another AT&T store or even better the Best Buy across the highway, they don’t work on commission.

The wait was over 45 mins just to talk to a person.That person told me to call the number which I already have called before showing up at the store. Glad I didn't leave with the number because once I was on the phone with the service team, they told me to talk to the person at the store to complete the process.At last, no bathroom for customers. The worker instructed me to go next door, Jimmy John's. It's very challenging to wait that long with a kid, with no bathroom. Being an AT&T corporate operated dealer,, I'd say it's not just a dealer but rather a corporate level issue.

The young lady that helped me last night was fantastic. I went to Best Buy and they told me I had to get a new number (I've had this number for 15+ years).She was able to go in and quickly get my number transferred and had me on my way. She was also a delight to talk to while we waited. She also ensured my phone was working before I ever left even though they were having some outages in the area.The store is very well organized just wish there were more products for my new pixel!

Worst experience than any location I’ve ever been to. Was lied to by the employees, then when I wanted to return my phone after I got my bill. I was denied and told I was stuck with it. I’m leaving AT&T for good. Crooks over there….
