I went in there today. This is the 2nd time I have been in and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I had been first in line and because they didn’t know what they were doing- they decided to go help another customer out. I patiently waited and decided I would just leave. I will most definitely not be returning to this location. And please save your replies back to me. Not interested.

My boyfriend and I went into the store 5/27/25 and received great service from Carl. He went the extra mile to help us out. He’s a great guy. We appreciate you Carl.

Jason was very patient in helping me join my boyfriends' account. We talked about random things which made the process seem quicker than it was even with all the issues my account was giving him. I highly recommend asking for him when getting a new phone or new phone line!
