Manager told a friend she couldn’t put an item on hold but then proceeds to put all hard to find items from the Disney collection on hold for his friend a reseller then stuck his tongue out while carrying it to her car. Childish manager very weird thing to do to someone.

Walked in yesterday the staff didn’t greeted no one offer helped nothing. We got our stuff went up to the register put our stuff in the counter we got the air freshener for the house the ones that go plugged in . They asked for phone number and Gmail idk why my account wasn’t there the cashier didn’t have patience and just told it was alright there was not even line or people in the store sooo he could wait also every time we go we always buy those and they wrapped them in like paper and this time didn’t I had to ask and the cashier give a bad face and looked he didn’t wanted to do it bad customer service 😒

I am still in shock how poorly I was treated at this multi million dollar business by their managers Brandon and Derek, all I asked was to honor the advertised 20% coupon on the the corporate website of Bath and Body Works. Due to poor internet connectivity the website never works in their store. They have done this in the past too so this time I took a picture of the promo-
Employee calling the manager means now it will be resolved- manager came to show his powers of saying NO in a rude manner! Wow did I just ruin my day and mood for 20% ????
What a shame poor training to their employees

Out of my home state and went to this location while they were having the 5.95 special on body lotions etc. They had everything in stock!!! This never happens at my location. I stocked up!! Very helpful, and they even wrapped the glass ones! Great job on customer service!!

Fantastic location with excellent staff to assist you. Prices are great, location is super clean, and the variety keeps growing. Definitely want to highlight a staff member who has always been incredibly helpful and even recognizes me when I come in - Derek is great!!! Highly recommend this store - easy to find in the mall.

OCTAVIA was the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Please, if she doesn't want to work in customer service, let her not be at the cash register. She is the rudest person I have ever met. I hope you can put her in another area, she will probably do a better job.

I’ve never had a bath and body works employee be rude they’re usually overly nice so this experience was definitely a first for me. Let me explain that I have this quirk of spraying the lids because I HATE carrying around little papers or struggling to find a trash can in a crowded store. Now instead of nicely telling me that this isn’t something they appreciate us doing this MALE employee basically harassed me about not spraying the lids until I felt so uncomfortable I left the store. Like you simply have to tell me ONCE nicely not to do it and that’s that but instead after I told him ok he decided to be passive aggressive and tell me 3 more times the point is put a lid on the sample sprays cuz no one likes the papers and teach ur employees to check their attitudes.
