I have 3 accounts with the bank. Has few fees and is rarely crowded. Most of the time there is no wait.I just do deposits from clients and for this it is a perfect bank!

One of the WORST banks you can ever do business with!!!!!!! Opened a new account, the bank put a security hold on the account saying that they needed to see my ID, I drive up to the branch so they could verify it!Two days later my debit card was blocked and cancelled! I called customer service, was on hold for 45 minutes, call center not in the US, horrible horrible experience!! IF you want stress this is this place to bank! IF you want no stress bank with ANYONE other than Truist bank!!!

We got scammed as Truist Bank permitted one of their account holders to steal Money from our hard earned savings. Not GOOD and No Resolution yet!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED A MORTGAGE LOAN. I would give them NO stars if I could. They have the poorest communication. Have required the MOST ridiculous things from the borrower. They simply act like they do not want to close the deal and the borrower is putting down almost 50%, so they really have no risk here.

Idk where to start.. I understand smaller banks aren’t as equipped as larger ones but the employees in the branches LITERALLY have no KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING.. EVERY time I call in reference to a question about my account they have to call somewhere else then have me wait for hours call me back I follow up with another question it’s the SAME THING from cashier check questions to simple questions about zelle and sending limits.. there’s not even an option to send money member to member.. I’ve been with this bank FOR YEARS and I’ve never had a problem until I had to actually deal with the bank.. it’s such a hassle to switch banks ESPECIALLY when your bills are automatic but enough is enough! I’ll take the hassle over poor service and a poor bank overall at this point.. Not to mention their hours aren’t updated or accurate on their website so you waste gas going up there.. it’s really sad

I called them today, Friday at 11 am and the automated answering machine saying the branch is closed and call during business hours! WOW!
