I worked with Ethan the other day to buy a new cell phone. I was having issues with my credit card and instead of going off and finding other customers to help, Ethan stuck with me for the 2-3 hours of issues I was having with my bank. He was great, showed great patience and customer service.

Too many employees asking me if I need anything always makes me uncomfortable. I had two employees ask me twice and I was approached five times. It felt more like loss prevention and less like customer service.

Peak Laziness or Just Creative Scamming?
I had two perfectly working monitors I was replacing with larger ones. All I did was ask if there was any trade-in option. Not only was I shut down immediately, but the guy enthusiastically recommended I send them off as e-waste instead . And get this: he said I’d have to pay $25 each to recycle them. Yes, me… paying… to get rid of functional electronics. Shockingly, when I checked with another Best Buy, they said there’s no such fee. So either the first guy lied or he’s running some secret side hustle. Either way — impressive effort for doing the bare minimum.

It is a fine store, I was hoping they would have a portable scanner that wasn’t 500$. Tbh, I’d stick with Amazon, you’ll get a way better value if you can wait a day.

Michael and Dajuan are two of the best people at this BestBuy location! Michael was able to answer all my questions about the type of camera I was looking purchase for my content creation journey for my business, as well as assist with getting me any and all accessories that needed! After struggling to purchase the product with a price match from Amazon (since they had it on sale the morning of but not by the time I got to checkout), Dajuan noticed my struggle was kind enough to go above and beyond with the price match of the exact item which saved me a lot of money during my purchase. Both individuals were super kind throughout the whole experience and truly understand the meaning of customer service. I think all employees at BestBuy, and even other establishments should try to strive for the same excellence in service that these two amazing gentlemen provided. I would absolutely love to come back and purchase from this BestBuy, and make it my first go to store when in need of going to BestBuy even though I live 20 minutes away! Thank you once again Michael & Dajuan, your help and kindness today is super appreciated. They both deserve raises!

I was looking for a lens for my camera. Sales rep very knowledgeable but couldn't find what I was looking for. Had the next size up but wanted a lens with lower f-stop.

We recently ordered a wall oven and built-in microwave from Best Buy, and although they sent someone out to do a site survey (take measurements) prior to the purchase, upon delivery, the microwave did not fit in the available space. The whole point of doing the site survey was to avoid exactly this type of problem. It was disheartening to wait almost two months for this delivery, only to have one of the items not fit. I attempted to contact Moe Perez, the Consultant and Design Manager we dealt with, but the phone just rang with no answer. This situation is all his fault since he was provided with the measurements and still sold us something that didn't fit the space. Be careful of purchasing built-in appliances here!
In addition, the delivery was made outside of the specified delivery window. They arrived about 12:30 for a 3-7 p.m. delivery window.

I was very disappointed this evening. I arrived at 8:20 pm. I was greeted as I came in but noone offered assistance. I found my way to the cell phones I wanted to look at but no one was around to answer questions. I stayed in the phone section for almost 25 minutes. No one approached me while I browsed. The only interaction I had with an employee was the girl at the podium in the entryway who told me I could not exit via the entry door although both were wide open and noone could aid me to facilitate a purchase. I had the impression all were watching the clock just counting down the minutes until 9pm so they could leave.

I went to Best Buy Grapevine to see about replacing I phone battery. After talking to their at&t rep I decided to go with new Pixel 9 after he told me that there was a promotion that would give me $1100 trade in. After 3 months and no credit for it At&t told me that I got about $8 for it and they told me to go see the Best Buy manager. When I asked to see him i was told that he said there was nothing he could help me with concerning my purchase without even hearing my concerns and would not even tell me to my face.i will be contacting corporate.
