Lesly made our back to school shopping trip today the best one ever. She totally got my teens vibe immediately and started suggesting clothes that made her very happy and when she didn’t like something, Lesly just took it back and was kind and friendly. As my daughter came out of the dressing room. Lesly and the other employees immediately told her how good something looked on her and commented on colors and style. A day I was kind of dreading turned into a wonderful mother daughter day because of Lesly and the other staff. Thank you, thank you thank you thank you. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

First off Buckles as a whole has nice quality stuff, this 1 star is only for this location But at this location Do yourself a huge favor and go over your receipts before you leave the store. They like to double charge for items and also charge for items that you did not receive.

Never had an in store experience like this!! The girls (lily and Taylor) were SO helpful. They took my stuff to the fitting room, brought in extra pieces they thought I’d like, and ordered a shirt that I needed a different size. Retail is so back!!!

I came in yesterday and got the best pair of jeans and I give all credit to the beautiful woman that helped me! I failed to get her name but she was the most attentive employee I’ve ever encountered, she listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit of jeans (I can never find good jeans!) she was just wonderful. First time shopping here and I definitely will go back!

I just had to take a moment to recognize Valerie for the outstanding experience I had at Buckle today. I came in looking for tank tops for an upcoming vacation, but since it’s not tank top season in Texas, I wasn’t expecting much luck. Valerie went above and beyond, checking the back inventory and bringing out a great selection of tanks for me to choose from.
Thanks to Valerie’s exceptional service, I left with several tank tops and feel completely prepared for my trip. Thank you, Valerie, for going the extra mile!

I was a bit upset that the sweater I liked was damaged so I wasnt able to get it. But a women named Aubrey or Audrey helped me out on Sat dec 7th around 12:30, she was very kind and helped me out!
