The website says it's open until 11:00 PM. I arrived at 8:05 PM and it was closed. I wasted my time and spent it on Uber.

Came to Dallas for the first time. Was looking forward to bringing my daughter to peppa pig world. I decided to park in Burlington parking lot because it’s one of my favorite stores to shop at for her. I shop ALOT but when I came to this Burlington today (Saturday 09/23) I saw some things that I like but it was nothing special that I couldn’t find at my local Burlington so I put it back. I had a stroller with my toddler in it and also had a backpack on because I need somewhere to store diapers, wipes, etc. as I was leaving the enter the mall they had an employee standing by the exit. As I was walking towards him he started talking into his earpiece communicating with someone. When I was leaving he stood there waiting to search me because they have been “watching me” on the camera. I felt insulted knowing I make 4xs his income. I asked to speak to a manager and she was very nice and removed him from that position. I guess that’s my welcome to Dallas. ALL BLACK PEOPLE DONT STEAL!!!!!!

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had in a store. One of the cashier was extremely rude and combative during a return. Will never return to any Burlington.

My wife and I went shopping since she is in the last days of her pregnancy and we asked for help paying for the products without having to wait in long lines since it is difficult for her to stand up. The response was that due to company policy, everyone, regardless of their condition, must wait in line. I couldn't find a solution with anyone at the store.

Worse experience with rude cashier. I don't see why people work on customer service if they don't want to treat customers well. Perniece her name! 😒 dissapointed.

Beware of stalkers they can follow your car and can grab the stuff sitting in car which we paid and leave the store.
