CAE Dallas West Training Center is a well-regarded facility with a impressive building and a great simulator used for pilot training. It offers a variety of courses, including an excellent XL transition/upgrade course, with professional instructors and a fantastic simulation experience. The center has a long history, with some staff having trained there since 1984 and even returning as instructors. I was dating a Pilot and he took me here for his training. It was pretty IMPRESSIVE to see the simulator which they used for training.

Excellent XL transition/upgrade course. I really appreciated having the accelerated course over having to do a complete initial for the 560XL again. Really professional instructors- and a fantastic sim experience!

I started training at SimuFlite (now CAE) in 1984, and obtained 6 of my 8 type ratings here, always a great experience. In fact, I liked it so much that when I retired from active flying I decided to come and teach here! Gulfstream IV instructor/check airman.
