Beautiful work by artists in their fields of their craft!
Scott, the estimator, is really a kind gentleman, with a great sense of humor. He kept me updated of my SUVs progress! Melissa, in the business office was Kind and helpful as well.
Ashton in customer Service made an impact as she was invested in assisting with ultimate customer satisfaction. Rob, the technician worked on restoring my Black Beauty to her former glory days. He’s truly an artist when it comes to collision repair! 10/10!
Clayton, the General Manager, is the glue of the amazing staff! He came to meet me during pick Up and I’ve never had aGM do that. I believe his personal touch is visible in each transaction!

Over the 24 years we have lived in Grapevine, we have occasionally needed to have repairs on our automobiles. Caliber always communicates well, our autos are restored to like new condition and we have repeatedly been pleased with the service provided. I wanted to give Scott at Caliber in Grapevine a shout out because he showed extraordinary kindness and went above and beyond when I recently stopped by with bumper damage. It is getting harder and harder to find companies and employees like the ones at Caliber and I appreciate the excellence this company provides. Its one of a kind!

Caliber is a breath of fresh air- as I love to support local businesses, caliber has such a personable staff and standard leaving no room for error- I never have to stress about the job being done- both internal and external work- direct upfront communication in timely fashion throughout the process keeping you informed before having to wonder. I was very impressed w/their professional and courteous Service. Caitlin C. assisted me with a simple , fender problem. I had a piece of the chrome trim , hanging out on my left fender. The Dealer Repair could only replace entire Bumper ; nor fix.(Mfg’rs warranty) Caitlin observed & simply had her technician resecure properly. Was quick , inexpensive & a Very Good choice of Service!I
