Well my pup has been going for several months. They gave her special attention at first and she seemed happy when I picked her up and took her. I've come to realize this is not the place for extra small dogs. My girl is 6lbs and they continue to put her with dogs bigger than her. You should see her on the camera compared to others. Of recently, she stayed 4-5 hrs the last 2 days and she came home with 2 hot spots on her paw and hip. She's never had these before. I think it's too stressful and she doesn't get any stimulation. They stick the dogs in room and they walk around in circles. I think it would be nice if they had a yard to run and let out energy and they need a tea cup size area. I'm shopping for this.

They are incredible! We had our dogs boarded with them and one of them needed to be taken to the vet, the owner took him while we were out of town and everyone constantly communicated with us with every step of the way. They made sure to check in on our dog even after we picked them up the next day. All I can say is the staff here are amazing and truly care about every pet they host. We would highly recommend to anyone needing to daycare or boarding location!

Picked up our dogs after a five day stay and they were in terrible shape. Both were dehydrated, vomiting and one had terrible diarrhea that lasted four days. Took her to the vet and she had picked up a bacterial infection, still dehydrated b/c of the vomiting and diarrhea. After $250 of meds and good food she is now recovered. Cannot recommend this facility any longer.

We love Camp Bow Wow Grapevine. We live in Montgomery Alabama but visit Dallas often, and it is so nice to have something familiar for my high energy Mabel Sue to go to while we are on vacation. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they obviously love dogs. It is a great comfort to me to know that my Mabel Sue is getting the same love and great exercise and interaction as she gets at Camp at home.

I do not recommend this place!!!Called to have my dog set app to be boarded next month, every time I was contacted I was contacted by someone new and told something different . I went and got all the shots and things that I was told are "required" to do. had my interview set up and a few days before my interview another person contacted me back with more demands that were ridiculous!! This place is very unprofessional and lacks major communication !!!! I wouldn't dare trust my pet here

Yesterday was our Leo’s interview day! The lady at the front desk was very nice when we dropped him off and when we came to pick him up. We were able to monitor him on camera throughout the day which was great and interesting! Once I saw he would dash away a couple of times when the staff really wanted to pet him and once he saw the leash during pickup, I thought that no way he would get accepted. When I saw he did get accepted, I knew first thing that they were opened even with him dashing away from everything! I hope he gets used to the staff there and gets him not to dash away from everything! I’m guessing he was just too anxious, but he came home so happy and exhausted!I am looking forward to bringing him every week though! ?

First thing you notice is reviews are not great. (Yelp indeed, research reviews and replies)Check out date was wrong even though it was written clearly and spoken upon check in. I even asked to give a bath after 4pm on the day my dog checks out as I might have to extend. None of which was noted/communicated. One staff upon check out was very rude. Given this opportunity, I could watch my dog through the screen. My dog kept scratching the floor which I had never seen. I think this happened for a reason, location was good but service quality with one of the staff made me not want to use their business. I would say, first time was the best experience. If this were a manager, she would have probably handled it differently. This is not where I want my dog to stay however, if the staff was not confrontational, I would not have seen this. At the same time, one of the staff mentioned when a new dog is brought for temperament testing, boarded dogs are exposed if it’s in the category. This made me think a lot.Things are happening for reasons and I appreciate the fact I was able to see. This is the last boarding kennel I would use. Unfortunately, this was the first time I saw her through the monitor.

While I appreciated being able to see my dogs and they weren't mistreated. I also felt like there is quite a misrepresentation regarding the love and attention they get. I watched my 12 year old dog want attention and go up to so many workers for them to just ignore him. If your dog doesn't want human interaction this is the place. But my dog would love some attention and an ear scratch or a butt rub on occasion would have sufficed. While I didn't feel my dogs were mistreated I definitely didn't feel like they were being remotely given any attention. We just moved back to the area and every dog is different and I think we may make a little extra drive to know I can feel better about being away and know my dogs are happy where they are. I gave 1 star because I mentioned this during daycare about not showing any affection throughout the day. Which I was told the workers put hands behind their backs to keep the puppy's from biting and nipping as they get to know the dogs they know which ones prefer petting and attention. We boarded for 2 days and I seen absolutely no change. Not a place for my 2. I'm sure my dogs would enjoy being boarded at a vets office compared to this.

Our first time was seamless for both me and my dog. The staff was so friendly & the owner was there when I came to pick up my dog. I really appreciated the hands-on approach. My problem came when my dog got sick and I let them know that he was diagnosed with dog influenza, which is very contagious. I was disappointed that no one reached out to us to check on him or follow up on why we haven't been back. My dog is better now, and I realize this is a risk associated with dog daycares, but I just wish they had cared to reach out. *The first day at camp photo is an adorable gesture too!

Chuck and his staff are wonderful and so attentive. I am very particular and here, I know that my dogs are always taken care of. I don’t have to worry and any time I do feel worried I just watch my pups on the webcams that are in their suites and play areas. My fears immediately go away when I see that they are safe and sound and being loved by the staff! We love this place!

This was our second day of day camp. She ran up to the door this morning. Ist is so nice to be able to watch our baby girl on camera. She played the ENTIRE day and wore herself out. We normally walk her an hour at night and play fetch and she still has energy left. Not tonight. She is zonked out! Camp Bow Wow for the win!

My Lab was my best friend, I didn’t like doing anything with out her. Seriously, I know what your thinking then why did you put her in a doggie day and night care, there were times that I couldn’t take her with me like business trips with boss, but she went everywhere else. Those times I had to leave Pump at Camp Bow Wow in Grapevine I never worried once about her, she loved the place and couldn’t wait til she got inside if she new she was going there. It’s been a year and 2 months since Pump passed. I came across something on Facebook about CBW and thought to myself what a great group of people Stephanie I’ve known when she was at the Coppell location and she was the leader of the new pack in Grapevine, but there never was a person or a time that they would not help anyone ( basically anything ) but when emergency would arrive they were always so kind hearted. On Christmas Day of 2021 Pump had passed a month before, I was out hunting missing Pump, I had an accident that put me in the hospital most of 2022 and when I got home there were all kinds of mail and Fedx pkgs ect to be opened up and one of the larger ones I set aside and got busy and forgot about it, til later that night Inside was a letter and a painting of Pump, I was floored and sad in the same moment. Words doesn’t do this group Stephanie and the owners have a crewed. They are simply the best! Stephanie I can’t say Thank you enough for the person that you are, your one of Gods special ones in my book, your staff and the owners are in the same category. Your better than all the rest! Pump and I THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!!!Curt McCrummen

My girl is anxious but does very well at Camp Bow Wow. Everyone is so friendly and they really spoil her with attention. She always looks and smells wonderful after they bathe her, too. I'm confident she's safe and cared for when she stays at Camp Bow Wow.
