I recently visited Carter's store with my daughters, we had such a lovely experience! The store was bright and full of adorable outfits for children of all ages. What really stood out to me, though, was Lolo, the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful and greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we walked in, and helped us To find exactly what we needed, suggesting some cute items based on what I mentioned my kid likes. It was like talking to a friend who really knows their stuff! She even pointed out some great sales and made sure we were comfortable, Thank you For the best Service .

Carter’s always has the cutest baby clothes. Especially since Babies ?? R Us and Buy Buy Baby no longer exist. It’s one of the few options to physically shop for baby clothes and more.

Jessica that works in grapevine mill store is extremely rude . When asked about a certain dress , she pointed to the wall and said no one can miss it but it was nowhere to be found . When asked for confirming price during checkout, she rudely said prices are everywhere in the store . Yes they are everywhere but people have tendency to put one thing at diff places . I was lost at words at her tone . Please don’t work if you don’t like your job, completely spoilt my mood .

Love to shop this place all time good for kids shopping but unhappy with some of their fabrics it shrinks alot and colours also faded so please maintain your fabric quality
