Won’t answer phone. I need to know if they can give me $50 from my account in quarters… I’m not about to drive 30 minutes without knowing for sure if they can. I’ve called 4 times over the fast few hours and it rings with nobody picking up. Answer the phone, that’s a basic necessity for any business let alone financial institution.

I want to sincerely thank two outstanding bankers at Chase, Emily and Carlos, for the exceptional care and patience they showed while assisting my elderly mother with her account.
From the moment we walked in, both Emily and Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that my mother felt comfortable, respected, and heard. They took the time to explain everything in clear, simple terms and were incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process.

The most racist chase here in Grapevine Tx my son and I came in to open a account at 10:45 am ahead of my 11:30 appointment the banker Dipendra Bhatta and Liliana don’t want to assist black customers and the branch manager Eric is racist and make it no better he kept coming and lying to me that he was gonna help me and when I walked in the private client office he started telling me in a condescending tone about his other appointments as if he was frustrated with me and then he was like I’m going to help you just calm down which I was already calm. He expected a black person outburst in which the stigma it’s expected out of black customers and when he was like I can’t help you sorry chase Doesn’t want to do Business with you with no explanation
