Massively disappointed with Chase Preferred Card rewards. I properly redeemed my points to purchase 2 iphones and 2 alexas back in Nov 10. Called the other day to see where my items were, and they tell me the order was cancelled. I had no call, no text, no email to back that up. They chose to lie to me and gave me an excuse only escalating the massive issue with them. So I continued to try and get this rectified, they gave me to a supervisor which has no say but to escalate to another level and wait for 7-10 days for an answer. This is just pure ignorance on their part. Myself being a manager most of my life, the simple remedy would be, "Mr. Stoltz, this is our problem and we are extremely apologetic with issue. Please go to an Apple store and pick out your items charge the cc and we will refund that including a$300 as a thank you." Now it looks like I might get my order sometime next year. Totally unacceptable.

Wonderful customer service!!! Fast and friendly employees with an actual sign in list unlike other locations I've visited.

They never answer the phone during business hours. How is that even possible? Extremely frustrating. I called 3 times and couldn't get a human being to answer.
