I Felt personally cared for, and I very much appreciated the service manager’s thorough explanation, and understanding of the requests that I had in reviewing some of my cars maintenance needs. I find there are already a few people in my life who recommend and themselves use Christian Brothers Automotive, and I would highly recommend them myself. I truly appreciated the personal service, the timely action on my vehicle and professionalism in the communication with me. Are the shuttle service was a surprise, and then added wonderful bonus! I plan to use them as my expert automotive repair company For all my vehicle needs. Thank you Mike Logue and Mike Mac and your entire team.

This location provided excellent customer service assessing what was wrong with my car. There are many Christian Brothers in the DFW metroplex however this by far is the best.

I appreciate the team and their constant contact as decisions were being made to get an old van up and running. They use text and technology to communicate and to approve work. Detailed suggested work but also a conservative approach.

Best humans work here at heart and at service. I couldn’t describe them in any other way. The moment you step in here, you feel the presence of peace, kindness and calm. Everyone is very easy to work with. I have Mercedes and i thought they don’t service German cars, but they have a technician who works mostly German cars. This is my place to go for service from now. Both managers Mike and Mike are awesome. The owner Chuck is the kindest soul. This is where i would refer all my friends and family for best pricing, best value and honest service.

I got a state inspection, they had a computer glitch on the register and it took longer to figure that out than to do the inspection. I’ve been going to them for three years for inspections, alignments, and other random things. Great place, great people, excellent service!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive in Grapevine. They were very thorough in their assessment, communicated well, and were reasonably priced. They also worked with my extended warranty company and saved me as much as possible. I will absolutely be using Christian Brothers in the future for my vehicle items.

The work that was done was satisfactory. Oddly, there was a note on my bill that I refused to have a certain repair done and no such conversation was ever had. On the repair that I supposedly declined, The cost would have been outrageous where they would have charged more than $300 for a $120 part and would have charged more than $300 for labor for a job that would have taken a skilled mechanic approximately 1.5 hours to complete. Not sure that I would return.

Took my vehicle into Christian Brothers Automotive on a Monday. I expected it to be a few days before they could evaluate the problems that I was having. Not only did I get their evaluation within 1day but also an estimate to correct the problems. After getting the go ahead from me they were able to fix the problems and have the vehicle ready to go by midday on Wednesday. I was extremely pleased with not only the professionalism of the staff but also the quality of their work at Christian Brothers Automotive. I will be back if I have any more issues with my vehicles.

Business did great communicating what they thought was a course of action that may solve an engine issue without taking a more expensive measure first of getting a new engine and installing. They seemed to be cognizant of the customer’s need and not as prioritized on their profitability.Service: Engine repair
