My Camaro was hit by my landlord while it was parked. She backed into it and dented the bumper in two different areas and scuffed the pain completely off. Once again, Classic Chevrolet did an amazing job and the car looks brand new!

If u thinking of bringing Your car here I wouldnt recommend because I had a bad experience here they says my truck was fina be ready in 3 weeks and they went expanding the time I called and they dint answer me back no more and I went to go pick it up and my experience wasn’t good they was supposed to do a paint job and they dint paint it all the way one of the lights dint work no more and when I took it it still worked and when I told Anghy her respond was that I needed to take the truck again to get fixed again sincerely I wouldn’t wait another month for em to fix it again and they dint put a part in after they told me they already had the part and they never let me know

The customer service is satisfactory, and the quality of work on vehicles is commendable. However, communication could be improved, and it's advisable to have patience, as the process for insurance claims may take longer than expected.

I am not too happy with my experience here unfortunately. My adjuster was great this review is not towards him.
I dropped off my car 9/3/24 to get a minor paint touch up. It ended up being more extensive which is fine because this is a new car so it comes with new learning curves. My car was finally ready on 9/13
After leaving the parking lot my car was rattling so bad in the front any bump I went over or if I had the music up a decent amount
There is overspray all over my windshield from some sort of product that was used.
Mind you my car is brand new I had to take it to the shop less than 2 weeks of me having it. I expected to pick up my car in perfect condition. My car was dirty, uncharged , and has a nice deep scratch on the door trim.
I am super unhappy. This car was brand new when I dropped it off now it feels used and worn. Now I’m going to have to take it back yet again to get the scratch fixed and
Probably have to wait another 2 weeks to get it back. This is such an inconvenience.

They said they will call me after the repair is done. 4 business days went by and 2 days for Saturday/Sunday Mr.Jack did not call me to tell me it was ready… six days… no call thats why it sucks…

not very customer friendly. they seem eager to get you in, but once the car is with them they take their time, dont respond to emails or Voice messages. Slower than anyone I have ever seen, takes weeks to do what can be done in one day, there is no sense or urgency. They had my car for 75 days to inspect and find out damage was only replace two wheels, two tires, a break caliper and perform alignment. I ordered the wheels and let them know when they were arriving so they could jump on it, I even paid for expedited freight. They tried to add 25% mark up on wheels I arranged! after wheels came in, they took over a week to get them installed and do an alignment. After this, they started on break caliper, which took another two weeks. their computer system went down so they sat on my car (which was finished I might add) because their computer couldn't process the invoice, rather than getting it back to me and deal with their internal problems on their time. I wouldn't go there again. Be warned, don't do it! two and a half months without my car!!! only long lead time was the wheels, which I got on order day one and they came in 3 weeks (21 days) the other 60 days they sat on the car mostly. Service King moves quickly and can do all the same things these folks can

Classic Collision in Grapevine has the worst customer service of any repair shop. They received my vehicle in November of last year and granted the parts were on back order. I placed a service complaint with GM to help expedite part delivery and my GM advisor is the one that kept me updated. No one from Classic Collison especially Angie the adjuster, ever bothered to update me or return calls to me, my insurance adjustor, or the rental company. The part's arrived after 6 months and still the GM advisor was the one who notified me. When I went to pick up the car three parts were still on back order. Paul W. , the manager promised to follow up with me and tried to make up for my car just sitting there for weeks with no notice but was drivable (I had agreed to take the car when drivable.) Now, the rest of my parts are in, according to my GM advisor, and a week went by with no call. I called and spoke to Brian C., because they let Paul W.go who was awesome, and yes my parts are in. Currently, I am still waiting for them to get my car back in and finished from last November for which my insurance has already paid them. Please, please, please don't use this company.

It's super bad that my truck is taking it to be repaired, according to what they were going to give it to me in 3 days and they had it for 15 days and they didn't do anything to it and they gave me a part. I'll show the photos and they treated me terribly.

Too many. 6 months later I still don't have the car. Nelson Camara and progressive have let me so down. Please don't come here. The communication between him and the techs must be real bad. How does a shop like this one 6 months? The office staff is never really nice for the exception of Daniel. If I could leave a zero I would
Avoid this place!!! Today it's been more than 6 months and I'm still without my car. Especially if they have progressive and they assign Nelson Camara. Every day I call this person and every day he has a new excuse. Don't come here!! I don't put 0 because it is not an option.
