I dropped a pair of shorts off a week and a half ago to get altered they told me and my ticket says they’d be ready by 7/6. I go to pick them up on 7/7 and the man nonchalantly tells me they aren’t ready and won’t be ready until 7/10 so now I have to cancel my plans. Unprofessional will never use them again.

Be warned… Horrible service & weirdness:We have been using these folks for years and now, suddenly, they are playing games with us!We had five shirts for laundry/cleaning. No big deal, right?When we went to pick them up, only 4 were ready. We said, “Ok. We’ll pay for these 4 & then pay for the 5th shirt when we pick it up, hopefully in just a day or two.”“No, we can’t do that. You have to go ahead and pay for all five if you want to pick up any of them.”Really…!!!???

Absolutely terrible company to do business with.
I took them a brand new pair of 85$ ariat jeans to get starched for my wedding. They double creased the jeans, upon picking up I noticed it and had them re press the jeans. When they re did them they burned the jeans, and refuse to replace the jeans.
Owner don’t speak English and refused to communicate with me.
Highly suggest staying away from this shady company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They double creased a pair of my jeans, tried to fix them and burned the jeans with the press. Then they wouldn't refund me for the jeans they ruined. They were brand new, 85$ ariat jeans I purchased for my wedding. Owner don't speak English, and refuses to communicate with me. Highly suggest not doing business with this company.

They are a little over priced which I would not mind if they provided good service. However, they do not. There are many other cleaners in the area that will do a better job at a better price. I would not recommend them.

When I went to pick up my dry cleaning I was told that one of the employees accidentally gave my two dress shirts to another customer. I have gone back to the business at least three times asking for my shirts or replacements. They tell me that the manager will contact me, but he does not call to deal with the issue. To make matters worst they charged me for cleaning the shirts that they lost. I probably will not get any satisfaction with this business, but they have lost a customer, who has used them for over five years. I think that they should have better customer service.

I went to collect my cleaning and they had given it to someone else. I had to return the next day to get my items. I got no discount or apology for the inconvenience. Plenty of other dry cleaners around. Lost my business due to poor customer service.

We have used Colleyvine Cleaners for a number of years. We have generally received good results although there are often problems. When items are to be cleaned and we identify a stain and stain source, the garment generally is returned with a note indicating the stain could not be removed.
Our complete cessation of business with this cleaners happened this past April. We brought a leather jacket for cleaning while there was still time to wear the jacket in TX. We were advised the jacket would be back in a few days. We returned for the jacket to be told that leather articles were not actually sent out and would be back the following week. When we returned again, we were told that the cycle was now two weeks rather than one. Quite unhappy with this service, we asked that our inconvenience be considered when we did finally pick up the garment. We were advised the Manager was unlikely to make an adjustment and when we finally spoke with the manager (after several attempts), he responded as his staff predicted. Of course, the stain was still there and the leather is now brittle, not soft as it had been
Evidently, this team does not value long-term customers, is uninterested in basic levels of customer service and unable to maintain fundamental business ethics.
My recommendation is to find a provider you can trust.
