Never trust their “shuttle to the airport”, a cheap hotel was about to cost me a 500 dollars flight.
I scheduled the shuttle service to the airport one night before, then when time came, the driver didn’t show up, and the front desk person didn’t seem to care that much, WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

Very comfortable, I was at peace,the TV is small but I watched every channel and comfortably slept like a baby.

The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The rooms need some serious updates and more attention to cleaning detail.
Nearby activities: Copell is a great area, and it is right by the hotel. Having the Bass Pro Shop so close was great as well. Fellowship Church is within half a mile, and it seems like an awesome church. The pastor seems genuine.

An absolutely DISGUSTING hotel. Water damage with mold everywhere. It was on the ceiling tiles, in the wallpaper, even on the curtains! The trash cans were over flowing all day. The floors and furniture in the "lobby" were filthy. Faucets were lose or hanging on by a thread.

We have stayed in many comfort suites across the United States, we usually stay in them because of the breakfast they also offer, however this facility or location is hands down the worst breakfast I have ever seen in a comfort suites , absolutely nothing available as they promised prior to check in, I had to literally leave to go have breakfast somewhere else, this was I HUGE let down, I seen the look on the other guests faces as well , none of them were happy! This place owes me for time and money wasted!

Been staying at this property almost exclusively for 2 years for work trips to DFW area. Up until recently things were great. I am currently in room 214 where there are massive amounts of black mold in and around the shower. Asked to be changed to another room, was told they had none available and could talk to the GM in the morning about maybe getting a partial refund. Corporate number and front desk are useless. I will never be staying at this property or any other comfort suites again. Extremely disappointed.

The young lady at the front desk was great at check in. The toilet in room wasn't working, called front desk. After several hours no one came to check it. I made 3 inquiries regarding it, finally after almost 4 hours and speaking with 3 different people, it was finally repaired.
The lobby and hallways are extremely hot and the AC in room wasn't much better. It would only cool down to about 74 even with it set to 65. The furniture in the room and lobby is deteriorating badly. Carpet in room has big stains.
Breakfast was good.
No business center. Pool was dirty and trash floating in it. Pool furniture is lacking. Had to have key replaced several times due to it wouldn't work. Location is great.
They really need to do a serious upgrade to this hotel.

Great place to stay with all comforts at comfort Suits,Grapevine, Texas.
Attended a course on August 3rd & 4th , well maintained, friendly staff!
Amazing interior decor & design!
Awesome customer service care!

The location is great and has lots of food/entertainment options nearby. The free breakfast includes eggs, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, etc so everyone was happy. Having said that, the room was a bit less than I expected for the price. The desk chair was disintegrating and flaked off if you got near it, causing a mess. The king bed was comfortable but the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress. The dresser drawer pulls were loose and one was half off with a stripped screw. The pull out bed did not have pillows or any sheets/blankets and we had to back downstairs to get them from the front desk.
Noise levels were almost non-existent and the AC gets good and cold, so it wasn't all bad. Just a higher price tag per night than I believe it warranted.

It was a great place to stay, the staff was incredibly nice and help with anything we needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Everything has been pretty good. We went down for breakfast this morning and it was okay. Eggs were a little runny for my liking but the waffles were pretty good. They do put everything up at 9:00 whether you are in the middle of trying to finish fixing your plate or not.
Rooms: They were clean and ready for us when we got here.

Booked and paid with 3rd party online agency site but hotel charged us for the room on top of the charge from the online agency, therefore charging us twice. Staff says they cannot do anything without property manager "Al" but he's conveniently never there.
Beds were okay but couch bed was dirty and too gross to use.
Pool was dirty and loose stones around perimeter.
Breakfast was always out of something in the morning with a 'sorry' sign posted. Fortunately there is a newer Waffle House next door.
Location is decent since its straight down the road from the airport and near various outlet malls in Grapevine but the quality of service and attention to detail ans care is nonexistent.

Hotel is seriously run down. The TV's did not work. The furniture looks like cats have been shredding them. Damage to woodwork. AC units in the room worked, but not great for Texas heat. AC in the halls, elevator, and lobby did not work. I will say the beds were clean and comfortable.

There are other shuttle busses with Comfort Suits on them, so sure you know the address of which one you're going to. I wish this picture would have been on their website so you know exactly which Suttle bus you're waiting on. I had to wait a long time for my shuttle (only because so many flights were canceled), as it is a shared 3rd party shuttle service. Great thing is that there is a waffle house (open 24/7) and a shell gas station right around there. Room: has big jettet tub, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. There is a market to purchase items, but too pricey... go to she Shell gas station it's cheaper. Don't plan on doing laundry there unless they fix this.
