I went in here for a pedicure. I was sat in a few minutes, but I was in the chair waiting for 20 minutes without water or the offer of a drink. When I got up to leave is when I was told someone was coming to help me. No, thank you now.

I decided to try them out. I would have been a potential first-time client. Two attendants were busy selling face cleanser to another lady and completely ignored me for 20 minutes. The attendant who was supposed help me made me wait while she sold other products to this lady completely unrelated to nails. Very unprofessional.

Katie is amazing. The crew at Creative Nail & Spa is friendly and they remember you from one visit. I drive 45 minutes from Wise County to get my nails done here. No one compares or beats the service and quality. I do dip nails and gel pedicure. Can’t express enough how great this salon is.

Absolutely a joke. This place made us wait over an hour (70 minutes) for our reservation to get acrylic nails done. When asked what time we would get a nail tech, they said “10 minutes” and it was still 20 mins later. I decided in the end to let my friend (whose bday it was) to go before me and I didn’t get the pedicure I had wanted because it took so long. People who came in much after us got their services done (both manicure and pedicure) before we were even looked at. This customer service was awful and I will never frequent this place again. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Colors on the sample nail are faded. The color was off when applied to my real nail. Didn’t get what I asked for and was expected to still pay for all the add ons that were not applied to my nail. Would not recommend.

Little respect for peoples time. I was asked to wait 15 minutes and after 30 I finally left.I never mind waiting, If given accurate times and I can work with it. They don’t have enough staff for what is probably their most busy day and not several employees can’t do basic services.

Saw Katie today and she was great!!! Helped me match the color I needed and got me all setup with great nails 💅
Also saw Lee(Li?) today on my next visit and he was amazing as well! Highly recommend this place!!

First time here and I absolutely loved it. I saw the reviews on the dip manicures and wanted to give them a try. My dip manicure and gel pedicure came out great and everyone at the salon was very friendly.

Mee was an absolute magician with my feet and had such calming energy. Katie was exceptional with giving great customer service and was very amicable. 10/10 recommend.
