I don't usually leave reviews but I feel this must be said. the young man named Seth is always SO beyond helpful. I go to grapevine mills a-lot to shop for my children’s clothes and every-time they need a new charm or croc we love to see if he's working. Even if we go in just to say hi we somehow manage to walk out with a bag full of stuff LOL 🤣 Seth is a very sweet young man with great manners which is rare to now. He always says yes ma'am, no ma'am and looks me in the eye when talking to me. He is so good and patient with both of my kids ( he even gets my youngest to crack a smile occasionally, my son is nonverbal which is a huge step for him! ). Go look for him the next time you're in!

Crowded store on a weekend but the staff did a good job of getting me what I came for pretty quick. Seems like a well run store.

I had the best time at the Crocs store! 😍 I found these awesome Disney World exclusive Christmas Crocs 🎄 from Christmas 2024 – they’re so cute and unique! 😱 And to top it off, I also grabbed a pair of Pizza Planet Crocs 🍕🌟 from Toy Story! 🧸✨ Even got my wife some super comfy sandals 👡, which she loves! The variety and fun designs here are amazing! The staff was friendly and the shopping experience was top-notch. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something fun and stylish! 👟💫

Cameron (with a c) was a literal angel. He helped us with our Jibbitz selection and we ended up buying over $80 of Jibbitz. I can confidently say my Crocs are even better now, after being so blessed. It's giving 100 CCs of customer service.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! BE AWARE!!
The store employees are ripping people off. They have misleading price tags on some shoes ($39.99) and when you make the purchase, the woman in the cash register charge 54.99 each pair and “mark a supposed 25% discount”. When in reality it’s not charging shoes at the correct price or giving any discount. She marked and lied to customers about giving a discount just to make more sales in that location. Crocs Corp. should be aware of what this store is doing, there were ton of shoes with incorrect price tag and people was charged different prices at register.
She was so rude when we called her out last night and we had to showed her and do the math for her and even then, she did not apologize. She was so rude to many customers, overcharging shoes with the incorrect price at the register. BE AWARE!!!
Many customers were complaining and checking their receipts. This is misleading marketing and a business misconduct.

We bought a pair of crocs for our son and he wore them for few hours one day. He changed his mind and wanted to buy the “nerf blue crocs” that was available online but not at the store. We were honest when they asked if my son wore it or not and then they said they can’t exchange!! The manager and the sales person both were very rude. Will never go back. I have never experienced anything like this from any other shoes company before. We wanted to buy the shoes for my son’s birthday and they were not cooperative at all. The attitude was very pissing ?? if possible I would have rated them -10.
So, it’s been a week since I have emailed them because they requested to email them so that they can take care of the issue and there is no response!! Yes, I have checked my junk folder. I have attached my email as proof that I have emailed them. This company is nothing but ridiculous.

Went all the way to Grapevine from over by the Galleria just for them to be non existent. The website and simon app said they were open until 9pm but when we arrived around 6:30 it was closed and had a lock on the door. Next time update your hours or say that you are remodeling or whatever you are doing before letting people waste their gas to come out there for nothing....highly disappointing.
