Good luck trying to get any help. Walked around the store for 5 minutes looking for an employee to unlock the Philips toothbrush heads. I do not recommend this store.

Used to be great and had no issues. But not great lately - needed a prescription that they said would be ready the next day and then changed to “on order” without an estimate of when it would be ready. Tried to call to sort it out and was on hold for 20 min, never able to talk with someone. So I called Grapevine Drug RX right down the street and they answered right away and had my prescription in stock - I recommend checking there if you can’t get ahold of anyone at CVS!

Pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00pm daily.Should be posted on the web. Still back there working just won't assist.

There are some bad reviews for this location, but I've been treated courteously and helpfully in the pharmacy whenever going there. They're always busy but less so early in the day, as it is for Walgreens. They do close for lunch.

Though they did not have my prescription in stock, the tech that assisted me was on it! Fast, attentive and informative. High volume location but staffed well. Oh, and when I entered the store, the cashier said hello to me before I saw her. Great employees here.

The worst Cvs pharmacy I've ever been to. The girl Monica has no personality not ever a fake smile on her face. We don't need these kind of people to work for a place because this position requires people person. Especially here in Grapevine, Southlake, Trophy Club, Westlake, etc... please hire people with character and personalities. I feel like I was going to a funeral.

worst customer service ever, i went to the drive through and no one came to the window they all just sat and looked out. I finally had to honk my horn twice before anyone would get up to help me. Kind of defeats the purpose

Well, when they aren't screwing up your rx or making you pay for a rx when you know your insurance is covering it, they will give you an attitude when you ask a simple question, or not even call you when your rx is ready! Pharmacy Techs are so rude and impossible to work with. I'm switching to a CVS further from my house simply because I cannot stand to deal with these people anymore, maybe the other CVS location won't screw up my rx every month!

This store has great people in the front of the store but the people in the pharmacy are not helpful at all. I simply asked for the medicine that is compared to the old actifed product- I told her I wanted the generic brand. She told me they do not have Actifed so I told her I did not know what they called it at CVS but It it was called "Wal-Act and she said that is from Walmart.. in which I knew was from Walgreens but she didn't let me finish my sentence But I did expect them to help find out what it was... no help just the pharmacist yelling" We don't have Actifed!" So I left and went to Walgreens where I will go from now on.

Do NOT send your pictures here to get printed. The machines are TERRIBLE and the print quality is AWFUL!!!! My pictures were all very pixilated. I am very disappointed.

I had the absolute worst customer service here today. My employer recently switched the prescription drug insurance provider to Caremark cvs and I called a rep beforehand to make sure they had my prescription information and when I got there the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist were completely oblivious to state laws on filling my prescriptions and were dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of customer service and sincerity was appalling. Hard pass!
