By far the worst CVS out of the entire chain. Pharmacist literally lied when I asked about covet vaccine.... Other than the nice kid cashier, the rest of them are rude and couldn't care less. The store is run down and dirty and not maintained at all inside or out

This particular CVS is the worse!!!! They are extremely slow to serve you and they do NOT answer their phones on a regular basis. You should be able to service your drive up window, inside window and phones. After they make you wait at windows or phones they DO NOT say sorry for you holding time or give any explanation. It’s very much ridiculous!!

I'm visiting from another state and I can confirm that the other reviews about how bad the pharmacy is are not hyperbole.

I paid for 3 medications online and my store pickup was delayed due to the ice storm. When I was finally able to safely pick up the medicine, the pharmacist told me that the Dexcom transmitter was put back into stock since I didn't pick it up in time. Even though I paid for it online and she saw that it was fully paid. So she gives me the other two and tells me the Dexcom will be ready by noon the next day. I get an alert that the Dexcom was ready later that same day. I got to the pharmacy and the same pharmacist says now it does not show paid and asked if I cancelled the order. I told her I did not. She asked if i wanted to pay for the one she had in her hand. I told her that I cannot be out $150.00 while this gets resolved. She even admitted that she saw in the system when I first arrived that it was fully paid. She did not want to help and basically told me to call Caremark customer service and figure it out. So I call why I am there. Everyone I have talked to at Caremark has been super helpful. While I am waiting in the lobby, I hear the phone continue to ring while the Caremark rep is trying to call. NO one answers the phone! 15 minutes of waiting we give up. Now the CVS app shows I picked up the transmitter and it is not eligible for refill for 90 days. How in the world was the pharmacist able to get an insurance authorization for the 2nd Dexcom later that afternoon if I had picked up the first one? #CVS your pharmacists in your brick and mortar stores need to do a better job. There was clearly an issue with the system. The pharmacist clearly recognized that the system showed paid then not paid but offered zero help to resolve. #CVS Someone would obviously need to contact the pharmacists to understand the issue but no one answers the phone. #CVS why is there not a HOTLINE for your Caremark team to contact the pharmacist? Your own people cannot even reach anyone? Caremark has told me that someone will reach out to the pharmacy tomorrow and resolve this. Even if I dispute the transaction with my credit card company, your records indicate that the Dexcom is not eligible for re-fill for 90 days! #CVS please review your security footage at the time you show I picked up through the drive through. You will clearly see that only 2 meds for provided and NOT the large Dexcom box. #CVS DO BETTER THAN THIS!

I have never had to jump through so many hoops to get a basic prescription. Even at other CVS pharmacies. My doctor is so frustrated and I have gone months without my medication. There is one pharmacist there who has been helpful, but every other experience with this pharmacy has been absolutely dreadful.

I came here (Hall Johnson CVS) since they showed to have plenty of antibiotics, even though 3701 Ira E. Woods was out of them. They didn't, due to an inventory error. I got 8, and was told the CVS on Industrial in Bedford had lots. I asked them to transfer the scrip (6 more for a total of 15) to that location and they assured mey would. They didn't, andI'm waiting as the Bedford store 'pulls it from the system' and fills it. When you think CVS couldn't get any worse, they do. They're nice folks and keep good looking stores, but they can't fill a scrip for my sick kid when I need them to.

Went around town trying to find passport photos. This CVS was the only one that would accommodate. They went out of their way to help me and was also just all around great customer service when I happened to go at a busy time. Will be frequenting this location and if u need a passport photo - this is the place!!

This review is for the pharmacy only. Expect to wait forever even when there’s barely a line. This is consistent over the past year, I’m changing locations even though it’s the closest one to me.

No customer serviceRude, lazy employeesIncompetent pharmacistDirty, unkept storeShelves not fully stocked when CVS store across the street is fully stocked with same items.Answers phone with "yea" (fits with their reputation)Etc. Etc. Etc.....Try to avoid this store whenever possible, I usually go across 121 to Glade store, hard to believe they both are the same company, or Walgreens.

Believe the reviews! Save some time and stress by staying away from this CVS and go across the hiway to the Glade CVS or even the local Walgreen. This location is teeming with rude, uninformed, incompetent, lazy, and uncaring employees from the manager all the way down to the cashier. Walk in and listen to the phone ring off the wall while employees stand around staring blankly into space or typing on their phones. Listen to the pharmacist yell across the counter at the poor elderly lady about getting her prescription, wander around the dirty unkept aisles with miss marked, unstocked shelves. Don't even dare asked for or enter their restrooms! I would suggest ANY other pharmacy.

What an absolutely joke of a pharmacy. Have never once had a good experience with Techs or managers. Waited 5-10 minutes for no answer then for them to come back to tell us they closed early, after waiting there for them, not get any service and to be told they closed early at 2(I got there at 1:43). I guess my throat can continue swelling up without my medication. Ridiculous.

RUDE pharmacy workers!!! After being a content patron of this pharmacy for over a decade, I will not be returning after today's experience, where the pharma girl greeted by asking if I had an appointment when I came to pick up my prescriptions (that they've been messaging me about for days), then SUGGESTED that I use a pharmacy closer to home next time, so I explained that I was a returning patron because*** the caring (obviously PREVIOUS) staff members were courteous, caring, and helpful unlike the people who were working this morning. Why are the pharmacy technicians not courteous or professional like the cashiers at the front of the store? Never before have I felt attacked from simply picking up a prescription. Those pharmacy women should be drug tested; that behavior is not normal.
