Joel, Kim and Bernadette are the best team!! I always feel happy to see them because they consistently provide the best care. Their customer service skills are the best, and they always the time to make sure I feel safe with the medications. Their knowledge and professionalism is why I continue to go here. It is a bit of a drive for me to go here, but I choose to go here because everything always goes smoothly. You three are awesome!

I accidently had my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy .. and my drugs were way cheaper !!!!! Because they take the time to search for the cheapest price!!!!! Plano did not do that ! I usually used GoodRX there ! It’s worth the drive to Grapevine ! So happy !!

This cvs is where it’s at yall. My insurance requires me to use cvs and this is the only one that I feel can really focus on patient care and safety. Joel is an AMAZING pharmacist. He goes out of his way to make sure my meds get filled and even walked out of the pharmacy to show me where something was on the shelf. He stayed on the phone with me the other day and made sure my PA went through to my doc’s office for my migraine medicine. Not only that, the entire staff here is fantastic and picking up my medications is always the best experience. As someone who also works in the pharmacy world, this team makes me proud of my profession! Thank you guys so much!

Joel and the team here are AWESOME!. Where CVS mail order caused nothing but misery, when I transferred over, Joel did everything, and I mean EVERYTHING to get everything sorted out. Since then Joel has solved a ton of issues and gone the extra mile. The rest of the team are wonderful an helpful as well

I can’t say enough good things about this CVS pharmacy. Joel always takes care of us and got us savings cards on meds we didn’t know had a savings card. Highly recommend this CVS! ??

I sent a prescription here yesterday and heard nothing. I called today thinking they hadn’t received it and they tell me they had received it but didn’t fill it because I had never ordered from there before. Like what???? How does that make sense????? If you get a medication prescription to be filled fill it I sent it there for a reason. I needed my medication yesterday as one of them is a rescue inhaler. The lady on the phone wasn’t friendly either.
