I’ve had an ongoing issue at this CVS in Grapevine when trying to load cash onto my card. My bank directs customers to CVS for this service, and I’ve successfully done it at multiple locations without any issues except at this one.
Each time I come in, I’m told by Nick, who says he’s a supervisor, that he’s not able to complete the transaction. However, other team members here, including the older gentleman who works evenings, have no problem assisting me. It’s frustrating to be turned away for something that’s clearly part of CVS’s services, especially when it works everywhere else.
I live in Grapevine and would like to use my neighborhood store, but I’m repeatedly forced to go to Southlake instead. I hope this gets addressed soon it’s an inconvenience that shouldn’t be happening.

November 29th, 2024 I picked up my mother's medication. On December 1st, 2024 my mother said that she had received someone else's medication including hers. The bags that I picked up were both stapled and given to me after payment. I received hers as well as someone else's and did not know at the time. I spoke with the pharmacist on December 1st, 2024 and they told me they were looking for that medication that I had received. I was told I could dispose of it in the toilet or bring it to the pharmacy. The medication they told me I could dispose into the toilet is Amlodipine Besylate 10 MG used for blood pressure. I told the pharmacist that the technician should be put on correct action and gave her all my information. Also, I spoke with CVS customer support to make a verbal complaint about the wrong medication being prescribed to my mother, and releasing information from another person. Luckily, my mother was able to notice the wrong prescription, and she is 76 years old.

Your new system for receiving pharmacy phone calls is a dismal failure. I had to call four times just to get the voicemail to work so that I could leave a message regarding a pending prescription that I need. You used to be able to reach pharmacy personnel via the prompts. Now, that is not available. It was a very frustrating experience for me, and I am leery to believe if I am even going to receive a return phone call. Whomever was the brainchild behind this phone in procedure is a moron. I can't imagine how many thousands of complaints you're going to have regarding this mess. You know the old saying.... IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT!

I just spoke with Abigale and she was very astute and tremendously helpful!! She not only answered my questions but gave me additional information concerning my situation!! If you are new to this CVS pharmacy just ask for her!! I am sure that the rest of the team are just as helpful!!

The worst CVS pharmacy location I've ever had the displeasure of having to fill prescriptions at. Some of the techs don't seem to know what they are doing or how to answer simple questions. They've even dispensed a medication to someone else that THEY ordered for ME.I'm currently waiting on a medication that was "ordered" over a week ago, having now missed a dose.If you can manage the extra drive to another CVS or even another pharmacy entirely, you'd be doing yourself a huge favor.

The staff in the pharmacy were rude and incompetent. I called ahead to see when my prescription would be ready. They said 30 minutes to an hour. Once I got there to pick it up, they said it wasn’t in stock and to wait till Monday. That would have been fine if this wasn’t something that I needed urgently. I asked if there was an alternative solution. They told me that a nearby CVS had it in stock, that was not true. I wasted my time. Finally they told me I could go to any pharmacy and they could look up my prescription. This place clearly cares more about profit than the people/costumer.

I was there to have them print a list of my current medications. I stood in line about one minute and the pharmacy tech called me to the counter. I explained what I needed. He asked me to move to the privacy window and he met me there. He was careful to go back 90+ days to make sure that the list included 90 day meds. I was impressed. I've been to many CVS Stores in the continental U.S. and Hawaii. They all have brand consistency and this store is no different. Good job, CVS!
