I came in around 8:30 pm with a prescription from BSW ER. The two young women on duty in the Pharmacy were extremely helpful. I don't remember the name of the Pharmacist but the assistant's name was Judy. They both went the second mile to find an online program that drastically reduced the cost of a very expensive Paxlovid prescription, making it possible for me to take it home. THANK YOU!!!

I’ve lived in Colleyville for 18 years and never had to get many prescriptions filled. That is until recently, when I was diagnosed with a chronic medical illness. Now I see the pharmacists and staff at CVS several times a month. They have been incredibly supportive and compassionate. They ask me how I’m doing. Kyle has taken time when he is busy to show me where to find things on the shelves. Linda is always making sure I am tolerating my medications. Linda has also helped me to get medications filled that are in short supply. Every time I come in, they are always very busy, so it amazes me that they take time out for me.

Went to CVS for a COVID vaccine. Almost no one else in store. The guy behind the counter just grunted at me to make an appointment online. I didn’t bring my phone so I asked if he could help me with that and he just repeated that I had to make an appointment online. Went to Walgreens and I was out in less than 15 minutes with my vaccine. My business is going to Walgreens, where they act like they appreciate the customers.

The staff at this pharmacy is the best staff I have ever interacted at any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have gone completely out of their way to help with a prescription for my daughter. A special mention needs to go to Bernadette for amazing customer service. They are exceptional!

The nurse here is a CPS caller. My daughter went for help because of a bad tooth and the “lady” called CPS on her because he she had scars on her arms. She passed all 3 drug screens given by and then I was pulled over the other day in my daughters car by a detective and he said CVS called and reported her doing drives and having kids. This lady was nasty and revengeful and I pray I never see her again. Nice try cvs you need to worry about kids that really in danger not women with scars on her arms because of an illness.

I have had leg surgery…my Physisian phoned in prescription…they would not deliver. I walked to the store and purchased my prescription. I told them „thank you for delivering…“. They said „you’re welcome“….too stupid to understand sarcasm….never go there….across the street is much better !!!

It's convenient on my way home. Most of the employees are sweet.

This CVS location is the worst. Service is horrible. Pharmacists revolve in and out of this store like a merry go round. The regional manager is rude, condescending and does not do anything to improve the poor, poor performance at this retail outlet. They have gotten my medications wrong and also shorted me on the # of pills several times. The whole management team of this organization needs a serious, serious review. Plan on waiting at least 45 minutes to pick up your prescription. CVS is horrible and I can not wait until my Insurance plan drops them.

Good: Nurse practitioner Phillipa is great and 2 stars only for her. She went above and beyond for me and forever grateful to her.BAD: whoever this other lady, named Simi, is so unprofessional. Doesn't know the value of her profession at all. Can't accommodate you even if u like 5 10 minutes late. And the atitude in her body language, as if she is a doctor. B*T**.

Now I know why they only have 2.6 stars. I went to get a RAPID covid test. All good. They said I would get the results without THREE HOURS. Well, twenty six hours and thirteen calls later, I still don’t have my results. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional staff.

Horrible service, if you can even call it that. Was hung up on by pharmacy staff after being transferred/on hold 3 times. If you threaten to report them or call the store manager they become suddenly halfway helpful. Pharmacy can't separate discount cards, insurance or communicate/rectify their internal failures with both. Your insurance, prescriber or discount card will always be the reason why your prescription isn't filled when it should be. If you manage to get through to someone with actual skill, they still cannot fill your medication because CVS doesn't allow them to keep the supply on hand (due to the cost of one single dose) and you'll have to wait several days for it to arrive. Don't depend on this chain for lifesaving or life-altering medication. They'll treat you like a number, not a person.

I have been to this CVS many times and those did a great job, for being short handed and with rude customers, who need to learn how to treat people with respect. Keep the great job.

BEWARE the (401) area code rapid tester. Absolute worst COVID test experience of the past two years. Needed a rapid test last week on 12/31/21 and showed up for an 8:50am appointment. Because other customers were parked in the rapid testing spots it took me a few minutes to find out where to go. I texted that I had arrived at 8:53am. No response or instructions. Texted again at 9:03am. No response. Finally I text at 9:16 once more "I'm parked by the back door is that the right spot?" I get a call from a 401 Rhode Island number. The pharmacist doing the rapid tests tells me that she had called me earlier in the morning to give me directions and since I did not answer her call, she was not going to answer my texts like we are children or exes or something. She was just going to let me sit in my car until I gave up? I have never previously had any interactions with this woman or know her from anywhere else, just a random outburst from a pharmacist whom I would expect to act professionally especially given the role she is playing in the world right now. I have no idea if this woman was tired or had something else in her life frustrating her, but the level of unprofessionalism I experienced from this woman will ensure that I never go to this location for any future pharmacy or covid testing needs. If she is this ridiculous about not answering a call for which she didn't even leave a message I can only imagine the level of care that she would use handling a customer's medical information.
