This company seems to be contracted by Google for repairs and RMAs. They either damage your device during the assessment or falsify "extra" damage because they said my screen was cracked. Luckily I took photos and videos of my device while packing it.

I ordered a replacement of a ring bell and never received it. call the corporate office and was disconnected.
