Do not recommend this auto shop.
I strongly advise against using this shop, especially if your insurance company is contracted with them. My experience was frustrating and disappointing, and the service did not meet reasonable expectations. If you have a choice, consider taking your vehicle elsewhere rather than relying on this shop through your insurance.

The paint job matching the old with the new was indistinguishable even from a side profile view even in bright sunlight. Other repair guys say that can't be done but this DFW collision company got it done. Thanks guys. Very meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Rachel and David at DFW Collision in Grapevine did an outstanding job on my Toyota Tacoma! After getting hit in a parking lot, I was looking for an experienced body shop to repair my truck. Rachel was excellent communicating with me during the process and I got the truck back much faster than expected. Not only was the truck repaired, it looks brand new! I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again if needed.

Our vehicle isn't even complete at this point, but Marcus has already earned them a ONE STAR. My wife was rear-ended by another driver. The Dealership stated that we should take the vehicle here for repairs. When we arrived, August 5th, Marcus looked it over and after his inspection, began writing information on the windows. When I witnessed this, I asked if he was taking the vehicle that day. He stated yes that is how they do things. I told him that he would have issues with ordering parts, namely the front sensor, and that he should wait, but he assured us that there wouldn't be any issues. My fault for trusting him. Today is September 3rd, and we are well past the August 23rd initial completion promise. Of course, we're waiting on the front sensor with no arrival date as of today. Tomorrow, my rental car coverage is over. I knew that I should have kept my very drivable vehicle until the parts came in, or taken it to Caliber Collision like I have done in the past with very successful results. Caliber allowed us to keep our vehicle while they ordered parts and actually wouldn't take our vehicle in for repairs until all of the parts arrived. Marcus earns a ONE STAR. I'm sure he'll take zero responsibility for this as he is certainly the type who refuses to accept responsibility. I'd assert that his coworkers would agree with my assessment.
I now have my vehicle and the ONE STAR is still earned and deserved. When I dropped off the vehicle, I alerted Marcus to the lift gate making a rattling noise as I drove from the fact that the vehicle was rear-ended. Now that I have my vehicle back, this issue was clearly never addressed. It's such a blatant nuisance It's impossible to ignore and leads me to believe that the vehicle was never test driven. We will have to take the vehicle back as the rear lift gate has not been adequately addressed.
October 21, 2025 UPDATE - I just attached a video of the rattle that DFW Collision claims does not exist and refuses to fix. This rattling of the lift gate did not exist before we were rear-ended. ONE STAR still deserved. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your vehicle here.
October 27, 2025 - Update. I took my vehicle to Crest Nissan in Frisco. They were wonderful. They did have to replace some broken parts on the lift gate and tighten the bumper stop. This was an easy fix for the professionals at Crest Nissan. No more rattle of the lift gate.
DFW Collision well earned their ONE STAR from us.

We received excellent service from Rachel on our 2011 Camry. There were many dents and scratches and a rear view mirror that needed replacing. Rachel advised us on our options and kept us informed throughout the process. We are so pleased with how the car looks now!

I took my 2012 Toyota Prius to get repainted due to the Toyota paint recall, and I received great customer service throughout the process. When I got my car back and was starting to drive on the service road, I heard a whooshing sound. Turns out the mechanics or service people that did the painting and were in charge of putting the car back together, did not put back the right side fender liner that goes over the tire, so the loose fender liner fell on the service road and on my way back to the collision center. They were supposed to order me a new one and replace it because it was part of my warranty, no word. Three months later, turns out the service guys hadn't put the screws or clips right in Front Engine Splash Shield, and it had been scraping and it broke so we had to remove it while we fixed the left fender liner and put the screws right, we had to tighten the screws by the fender liners of the back tires. Now we are waiting for the right fender liner to come in from shipping that I ordered out of pocket. Toyota, you need to talk with your service guys because if they mess up this badly with a 2010 Toyota Prius, who knows what they forgot to put or tighten in other people's cars.

Marcus and his team are awesome. I’m very busy and my poor wife had to go pick up our truck after and accident repair. There was an issue with the repair and Marcus and his team were courteous to me and my wife, working with the insurance company and handling everything with absolute professionalism.
