My husband’s 2018 Ford F150 truck got stuck in a horrific hail storm up on Colorado in July 2024. It was covered with a multitude of large pelts all over the hood, roof and two doors, broken tail light and shattered window deflectors. State Farm assessed it to be about $5000 damage with most repairs to be completed as PDR. We took it up to Grapevine Collision, who we have used in the past for other body related issues, and after evaluation by Mikayla were told there was NO WAY any PDR could be done due to the extension damage and could not believe that State Farm suggested it. Mikayla was absolutely amazing through the entire process of repairs that took 7 weeks and kept us apprised of all the steps being taken to repair our truck the way it should be repaired. They replaced the roof, the hood and two doors which included significant body repair, painting, sanding, more painting, pin striping, the back left tail light, and even re-installed various after factory deflectors that were on the truck, along with a tool box. Mikayla is our go-to gal and we cannot thank her and her team enough for the outstanding work they performed on our truck. The technicians created a work of art and did some very extensive work on his truck that took a good long while, but it was so worth it. His truck literally looks like a brand new vehicle. We are incredibly pleased and grateful for Grapevine Collision and especially for Mikayla who was right there with us every step of the way. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! Lack of communication. Once they're done they don't have any follow up even though I've reached out multiple times via phone and email they just aren't interested. My car still isn't fixed and I'm not giving them a second chance

Great customer service and they made my VW look brand new after repairs. I definitely recommend them if you need auto body repairs done on your vehicle.

I drove my brand new 2023 Ram truck up from Temple tx 165 miles due to hail damage. I used to live near there so I was familiar with there work. I am more than satisfied with the results. It was a major job of repair to the truck. I would recommend them to anyone who wants things done right. The service I got and constant communication was wonderful.

They have been nothing but nice to me and very accommodating. Front desk girl, Samantha was also very attentive and helpful. Larry is who i am working with and he has been very thorough and responsive to my needs. I am excited to get my car fixed by them.

Larry and Tim were extremely difficult to deal with - Bud a price for repairs and when insurance got involved they doubled their quote - Brought it up and it began in a "we've been doing this for years" speech ... Complete sham and crooks - Can't believe Grapevine Ford parts out business to them - Just shameful - Instead of trying to fix the situation, Tim says just come pick up the car ...After setting an appt and already having an estimate ...

Progressive recommended that I take my vehicle there after I had hail damage to my truck. DFW Collision is terrible with follow ups. I had to initiate almost all of the calls, emails and follow ups to check the status of my truck.I had to pick up my truck after 30 days because Progressive would no longer cover my rental costs. There are 3 parts that DFW Collision is still waiting on Ford to ship them.DFW Collision refused to release my truck unless I gave them the total amount on the invoice although there was around $800 of parts and services not rendered. I told DFW Collision that I was happy to pay them minus the parts and labor that they did not provide. I do not agree with paying for services that have not been rendered. They refused to release my truck unless I paid them for the parts and services not rendered.I paid them in full to get my truck back from ransom. Now I have to wait for Ford to send them the parts and bring my truck back to DFW Collision. DFW Collision has already been paid in full, in advance for parts, service and labor not rendered.Don't come here. Go to a fair and honest collision repair center. Go to a company that will only charge you for the work that has been completed.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my Ford Explorer here for repair after an accident. Jesus D. was my advisor, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. They did a great job, and my car is good as new. Highly recommend.
