They opened early at 7:47 am instead of letting its customers waited until 8. How refreshing is that!! Love their spirit! They are so energetic helping their customers. I have been using Discount Tires for almost 20 years. Will use them for 20 more.

Robert McCullough, the store manager is always friendly and professional and serves the public with the utmost kindness and trustworthiness. Matthew and Blake, who helped me with my four new tires and wheel alignment, also made this experience easy. I’ve been using Discount Tire as my Go-To for tires on several of my vehicles for over 25 years from Irving to Grand Prairie to Bedford, and I can honestly tell you that this location in Grapevine is the Best! Thank you Robert and your employees as well for a job well done.

Very happy the way they treated me. I'm here on Vacation and my truck had a wobble on my steering wheel figured it was a tire issue. Turn out to be a bad tire. Sale guy pointed out right away. I was relieved it was a tire issue and not suspension problem. With some awesome team work my truck was out under 1hour and on my way back to my Vacation.. thank you fellas 🙏 happy my family is safe on the road...

QUICK service, NO BS, GREAT employees! The guys that work here are very intelligent and sharp. Always a good experience at this location. 10/10.

We always have a great experience at Discount Tires! I recently had to have two tires repaired and I was greeted by John who was professional and efficient. He was so nice, explained everything in a timely manner and had our truck ready in quick time. Thank you for the outstanding service, that's what will keep us customers for life!

Carson was incredible with the service he provided. He worked with my tire insurance and sorted out the entire claim for my tire replacement (much better to get the insurance through Discount Tire than to get a third party one like I did) and the guys were able to successfully fix my issue of not being able to get my wheel locks off after I had tried with the key. Extremely happy with my service here and would highly recommend!

I had a flat tire and needed a new one. Nate was great to work with and took good care of me. They didn’t have the tire in stock but they had it couriered to them quickly and had it ready when I needed it to be done. Highly recommend.

Drove to discount tire with a flat tire that needed to be patched. They removed the tire from the car to inspect it. Guy comes out tell me its not patchable due to the hole being to big. I told him to show me when I go there, the hole was indeed not big. Then they try to tell me my tires not good and for safety reasons they can not patch the tire. All these excuses were being told to me just to try to sell me a new tire. 4 guys were trying to convice me to buy a new tire. I told them im good just put my tire back on Ill go fix it somewhere else. They gave me my car back with the tire barely hanging on to the rim. Didn’t seem like they cared about my safety to give me my car back like this. Me and my cousin ended up fixing the tire and works perfectly fine. Staff there are disorganized and just want to sell tires. Do not go there. Will be contacting corpoate!
