I highly recommend someone tell their employees that if they are going to gossip about customers, to not do it right in front of them. The dressing room was open and I thought it was available to try on a shirt, but an employee told me it wasn’t. I got out quickly and thought that was the end of it. As I’m standing next to the register looking through the clearance section, I hear the employee gossiping about it to her coworker, immediately pointing me out as though it was a huge problem. I felt highly uncomfortable , embarrassed, and unwelcome, I likely won’t be returning.

Customer care is bad. Their clothes and good though.
They charge double on my credit card and its such a huge inconvenience to come to shop physically.

Very interesting store, clothing, bags, jewelry etc , are made from natural materials. There was huge sale on Memorial weekend, they have unique designs must look on your next visit to the Grapevine mills.
