Bruh… these reviews were right this place is extremely late in delivering if you can’t fulfill something don’t accept the orders coming in or outsource them if you do 🤷♂️ Will be disputing this charge!

I used service from this store location for my first Valentine’s Day with my wife, and had a horrible experience. The item I ordered was supposed to be delivered to my wife’s place of work (business) by 5 pm so she could receive it before she got off. It was delivered at 9:30 pm, and we had to go out of our way to obtain it on Valentine’s Day. Furthermore, when the delivery driver called me to make the delivery, he had ignored the instructions I left which included a business number for him to call for someone at the business to come to the door and collect the delivery. After telling him this when he called me, he then called me back and I had to tell him once again this was in the instructions, and to call that number I provided.
I’m still waiting for a refund, or at least any accountability from this business.

Ordered a Valentines flower and fruit combination. A few of the flowers were limp at opening. Overnight most are already dead. 100% satisfaction guarantee was for them to deny the refund and offer new flowers. Unacceptable.

Thank you Diana!! I called yesterday as I was driving and was able to get an order placed to surprise my daughter —- for her Birthday —- who was next door at a hair appointment. Diana helped me safely place the order and the delivery to my daughter was definitely a huge surprise !! The order was absolutely beautiful and my daughter said so delicious! Thank you for going above and beyond!! I will order again soon !

Order was late. Terrible customer service if you can reach anyone. Tracking information completely inaccurate. Read all the bad reviews and then order from somewhere else.

I placed an order for my boyfriend’s 55th birthday. The order arrived promptly, but unfortunately, the balloons burst, and one of them deflated. I promptly called the store and spoke with Laurie, who was incredibly apologetic and kind. She assured me that they would take immediate action to rectify the situation and even sent two slices of cheesecake with the delivery.
I also texted Laurie to inform her that the flowers weren’t looking great after only a few hours. She responded promptly and made the flowers the first priority for their attention.
As a business owner and someone who works with customers, I understand that managing both can be challenging. I genuinely appreciate Laurie’s thoroughness and promptness in addressing my concerns.
Overall, I had a positive experience with Laurie and the entire 409 Edible location. I will definitely be a repeat customer based on this excellent service.

Arrangement and balloons I ordered for my sister were never delivered! They said they called her and she wasn’t home, but she was. They never bothered to call me and ask for permission to leave the product which would have been fine because my sister was home. Now they’re refusing to refund the cost. Horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from this business again. I’d give it zero stars if that was an option.

Im sharing my feedback about an unfortunate experience my coworker and I had with an arrangement we ordered for Boss’s Day. We are incredibly disappointed with the quality of the arrangement, the delivery process, and, most importantly, the customer service response we received.
On the day of delivery, the arrangement arrived melted and poorly assembled. Additionally, the delivery was made by a person in their personal car, which added to our concern. When we contacted the location to report this, we were told only the manager could address the issue, and they wouldn’t be back until the following week.
The following week, we were informed by an employee that a refund had been approved, and we provided our card details. However, days passed without any sign of the refund. When we followed up, we were placed on a three-way call with the manager, Cynthia, who stated there was nothing she could do and advised us to dispute the charge. Even after explaining that we had previously received confirmation of a refund, Cynthia was dismissive and provided minimal assistance, ultimately ending the call without resolution.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I hope that this feedback will help address these issues to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

I placed an order with them last Friday for a Monday early delivery. They tried to deliver Monday once the business I was sending the gift for was closed. I called and ask if it could please be delivered next day earliest possible they agreed. Exact words “we will send it out first thing once opened” they didn’t sent it they said they called and I didn’t answer so they didn’t sent it out. Even though I had already spoke to someone at the shop and she assured me it would get there early. I spoke to the manager Cynthia or Cindy forgot her name she was rude and unapologetic, said she wasn’t going to make another one. Asked for a refund she denied so they delivered at what ever time they felt like it and did whatever they wanted. Worst location imo. I paid 100 plus for this arrangement quality was obviously the OLD one that was delivered in the first place.

The order showed up completed melted and extremely poor quality. For $60+ I expect the product to show up as pictured. This is not worth the price at all, would not recommend.

I ordered from this location for my sister's birthday and had so much trouble. They had to transfer to another store and that store really messed up the order but when I asked to be refunded for just the delivery fee I was told I had to contact the original store where I ordered. After a full MONTH of calling weekly I finally talked to the manager who I was told would call me back. Her answer was "you didn't leave your contact information". Blatantly untrue. I did not leave it every single time I called but I had SEVERAL employees at this location look up my order, CONFIRM MY PHONE NUMBER FOR A CALL BACK, and say they would pass it along to the manager. I even called corporate who pulled up my information and submitted a ticket for the manager to call me.
I was only able to get on the phone and get my refund after calling every hour from the store's opening time. I was told I'd receive email confirmation of the refund and never did.
So expensive and incredibly stressful. Not worth the hassle.
