My boyfriend wanted to get me something special for Valentines and ordered the roses in a glass vase with chocolate covered strawberries. The only thing they delivered were the chocolate covered strawberries and nobody would pick up the phone when trying to resolve the issue. Then after submitting a request for reimbursement, they asked when they could deliver the flowers the next day. Horrible customer service.

Ordered from the location. Reached out to the store and 1-800 number. Never received a response. Canceled order online and within 30 minutes my status order was updated to arrangement completed and out for delivery. Called my financial institution to cancel the payment before any delivery or status update was made. There is a reason why your overall score is low and you have the reviews pertaining to your business. This is unacceptable and 1 star is too high. Avoid this location and company at all cost. Have ordered edible arrangements in the past this experience is the absolute worse.Update 2/15: Spoke with the manager who was very apologetic. The drivers didn’t show up and she had to hire third party help. She offered a full refund. Communication and follow up today was promising.

Ordered a $200 valentines gift a week in advance. On the delivery day it still had NOT gone out for delivery by 4pm, which on the delivery time slot I had selected up to 3:00 because it was going to a school for a teacher. No one answers the phones so I ended up driving almost an hour to go pick it up, and 45 mins back home. On top of this they wouldn’t refund my delivery fee’s and Valentines Day fee’s I paid for the already $200 order.You pay this crazy amount for a bit of chocolate and some flowers for the convenience of having it and for the experience of the person receiving it to have there day at work made better by the surprise, not to drive all over town to get it, have it not be delivered anywhere near on time and still be charged for delivery.

Don't order nothing from this placeThey don't pick up the phone and when they do hang up on you because the can't handle the pressure of running a business, stay away from this place

I had an amazing experience at Edible Arrangements, thanks to the exceptional service provided by an employee named Cruz. Despite my last-minute request, Cruz went above and beyond to accommodate me. Her attentiveness and professionalism were truly impressive. Cruz took the time to understand my preferences and helped me choose the perfect arrangement for the occasion. The level of customer care I received was outstanding, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements for their top-notch service and the dedication of employees like Cruz who ensure a memorable experience.

Canceled my order yesterday because they said they had a maintenence issue. Tried to order again today and they said they had to cancel my order because they were closed. Drove over there and they were open.....why do I have to do this all I wanted to do was get something for my daughter bday. Also the phone was off no one was answering the phones at all. Terrible location.

Absolutely horrible service! I wouldn't give any Stars if it would let me. I ordered an arrangement 5 days ahead of time to be delivered to an important client on her Birthday. When it hadn't arrived by 4:00 pm, I tried to call the store. The calls were never answered by a human and voicemail not returned, so I called the National number provided. That number just rang busy each of the 15 times I called it. I called the store location at least 25 times and could not speak with anyone. Finally at 7:00 pm, I received a call from the delivery person that said no one was answering the door. I explained to the driver that the recipient was out enjoying her Birthday dinner and that I would never have expected the fresh fruit delivery to be so late in the evening. The driver was apologetic and told me it was her first day and her manager gave her 14 deliveries to make that day. I asked her to have her manager call me the next morning so we could work it out. Next morning no call from the manager, so I started to call the store again. After no less than another 10 attempts, I finally got a person to answer. She was no help and offered to have the manager call me. I explained that I already had that option and that I was not going to wait for that. She gave me a number to the manager. I called and the manager explained to me that they have until 9:00 pm to deliver per their policy. I won't get into how stupid that is, but she stood by that and would not accept any responsibility about the delayed delivery. Just blamed her 71 year old delivery driver who "moved slow". Never apologized or took ownership of the problem, just blamed everyone else. Said she was at the store the day I was trying to call and answered all the incoming calls and said i was lying about how many times I called. Just a horrible way to conduct business. I have sent Edible Arrangements numerous times over the past 7 years. Never had any issue, even when I ordered at the last minute. Of course, none of those orders were from the Grapevine, Texas Store where the owner not only cannot spell Customer Service, but also cannot comprehend the first thing about how to provide it.

Horrible customer service ! My order was selected to this location online but the address I gave was meant for a different location (per the employee I spoke with) which I get but instead of transferring it properly or informing me this needed to be changed they flat out canceled my order without giving me a notice (no email or phone call referencing this cancellation).I ordered a week in advance & come the day of delivery(still having no clue of the cancellation) I check to see if there was an update but with no luck I call the office just to be given attitude with no will to help me figure out my situation. I was told I was given a refund but my statements show there was no refund & now I don’t even have an order to show for it. The location that is was “transferred” to was way more helpful then the person at the Grapevine location. Never again

Ordered an arrangement for a coworkers birthday and was not impressed. The fruit was not freshly prepared. The grapes were soft and soggy. Poor customer service. Waited in the front for over ten minutes before anyone came up. Was never greeted. 0 stars is much more appropriate than 1.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for my girlfriends birthday that was never delivered. Not only was it never delivered but I have called about 20 times now and I keep getting directed to the corporate office. I would go to the store myself but I’m currently in the military and currently deployed so I can’t. I am very disappointed. I spent 120$ on an order that nobody can tell me where it’s at.

I like my father's day@ gift but they are very unattended for important calls about orders, for a pick up you'll need to be on time unless you have someone special who gets your order a little early.

Placed an order on May 2, 2022 for delivery May 6, 2022. Ordered the Mother's Day Treat Trio. Order was delivered, however; once it was opened, found out that the items listed in the flyer was not there. All the Gertrude Hawk items were missing. If I wanted cookies, I would have ordered a cookie bouquet from the cookie shop. The store had plenty of time to call and tell me they didnt have items and it should have been my choice to cancell or place a different order. I did not get what I paid for and this is totally unacceptable.
