I wish I could give them zero stars. Avoid at all costs. They're scammers who don't refund, lie about their products, and fail to disclose refund policies during purchases. Save your money and shop elsewhere. All their products are fake. They look real but they are all tampered with.Go to a department store and get your cologne.

I am sad to say I fell for the "buy one get one free” scam. The sales person then sold me a cologne that had a 100% markup over retail. Oh well caveat emptor. Don’t waste your time and money with these liars.

Do not buy the Alberto Rossi Milano, it is not real and NO one sale it online ,except Amazon and the vendor is from Grapevine (same people) it is not Real fragrance. Wished I would have read reviews. Don't fall for employee discount scam.

They are big scammers! Stay away.2 ladies who sit at the counter have been given the job to scam people. They would try to sell you a fake perfume for 160$ stating that another branded perfume is free with it. This 160$ perfume is as cheap as their mentality. That company doesn't even exist. No refunds. Once money gone is gone. Disgusting folks!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The sales rep was pushy into making sure I purchased the perfume. I told her I wanted my boyfriend to smell between the perfumes. She assured me I can exchange the perfume if he didn’t like it. I came to exchange and they told me no. They didn’t say no when I was expressing my concern to them at time of purchase.The perfumes are of cheap quality and the tops screw off. Do not buy from this place !

They told me just yesterday that I could exchange within 7 days with a receipt. I came in today with the receipt and they said no to the cologne that I wanted. They said to try another one in which I did and when I chose the one she said that my other bottle was damaged even though I never opened it or took it out of the bag that they gave me the day before. Ripped off from the start and I’m in the Grapevine Mall shopping 3 days a week. Never again will I go to this place, I’ll pay too dollar before going back there.

SCAM!! SCAM!! READ THE COMMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING!!Don’t fall for the buy one get one free promotion when you buy the Alberto Rossi line of perfume.We just made a purchase at this store today and paid 2x the retail price for a D&G perfume. Due to our oversight we didn’t realize after the fact that they don’t offer refunds. They were running a promotion where you get a perfume for free when you buy a Alberto Rossi perfume. BEWARE!!! This is a scam. The website listed on the Alberto Rossi packaging is not even a legitimate site. The site itself is a scam. The mall should not let these type of businesses have a store front at the mall.

This is a total scam business. Not sure why the Mall has actually allowed it to remain in business. Selling fake perfumes at a grossly marked up price. And of course no return policy. Paid twice the price for Versace Eros EDP at $100 for 1.7 Oz. Which is available for $54 at All department stores. When I called to explain their discrepancy. The store manager just laughed it off. Shameful behavior.

The sold me two very expensive cologne and where not originals about 180 each I trusted this place bought many colognes but this last time they ripped me off with the Alberto Rossi Maes Tro and the Albert Rossi Piano they where not originals very disappointed because they where gifts.

This place is a literal scam shop that should and will be shut down. They have a 7-day exchange only policy, but the original packaging has to be in place. However, they say they don’t have any testers available so that they can open the packaging BEFORE you leave the store to let you smell it so you can’t even exchange. In addition, the prices are hiked up so high that any sale or deal doesn’t even matter. I paid $200 for a perfume that's available online for $100 or less. Don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth it when you can shop at a department store and get the same perfume with a better return policy, better prices, and good service. This business is a joke and the owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves.
