Wonderful service, very quick delivery and very competitive price. I have been visited so many embroidery place for doing a towel and they are asking one week two weeks time but they did it within two hours time.
I strongly recommend them.

I dropped off 12 shirts to get embroidered almost 2 weeks ago. At the time, I was given a price by the sales associate and he requested payment before services. I paid for the amount and was told the shirts would be done in about a week. Almost 2 weeks later, I received a phone call from someone different saying they needed to charge me significantly more (over $100 price increase) for my order - even though the first associate had set the initial price. There is obviously miscommunication between workers and this is a very disorganized company.
I do not recommend this place. I will be getting a refund and taking my order elsewhere.

The young man at the counter was very rude. I asked if something could be monogramed (I don’t have a background of what “patches” are or the types of materials they are limited to working on at this place. He told me they didn’t do patches there and when I kindly asked if he knew of any place outside the mall, he replied sarcastically by saying “google would know”.

I had a difficult task and they were able to complete the job quickly and with great quality of service. I would recommend Embroidery Plus to anyone that needs specialized embroidery service.

I found the shop for me. The owner did a great job and an extremely fair price. In fact I thought it was going to be quite a bit more to do my custom job on a very non-standard surface!!

Very quick and convenient process. Most places in the area won’t allow outside goods, but this place used blankets I already had purchased and embroidered them exactly how I wanted it! Will make for great Christmas gifts! Dropped off in the afternoon and he had them ready by that same evening, I was unable to pickup that quickly but they worked with me and let me pick up when it was convenient for me. Will be using them again!
