Walked in to find a dress and found Tiffany with a dress instead. Tiffany greeted me as I walked in and asked if I needed help. She pointed me to where I needed to go, and she helped check me out at the register. It's hard to find nice people nowadays. I'm very glad I walked in on that day. It's always refreshing to see a smile.

very rude girl with short hair thats red with glasses she should be fired!! we asked for help and she was being so unprofessional, this happened on 2/28 I hope next time I look around she is either gone or changed attitude!!

Nice place with large discounted selection of men's shoes and clearance. They had the Chelsea boots that I needed and were willing to put the pair on hold for me (and extend my hold multiple times when I couldn't make it). The manager—a tall, well-dressed African-American gentleman—was very kind and helped me make a bunch of different separate purchases with my rewards to donate.

Rachel has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. It took her 8 minutes to ring up 3 items of mine and the other 4 minutes to try to undo a sensor(maybe grab another dress because there were more of the same size?) and just stood there laughing when someone came to help, instead of scanning other stuff. Two customers next to me had already checked out. This is because this girl would literally stop working to talk to her coworkers and complain about her job. She was very unprofessional when she talked and because of it, incredibly slow. This was not only an entire waste of my time, but also affected the time of people waiting behind me. I left without checking out because it would've taken 10 or so more minutes for 4 more items she hadn't even touched yet. Very disappointing experience here.

I initially had a Conversation with Jacob and he was helpful, calm and informative. I was upset due to not being able to have my tags removed (an Express store in Austin did not remove them). I have been an account holder with express for 8 years and never had an issue. Then KAIT decided to join the conversation and was extremely rude to me. I was upset with her attitude and asked her to stop taking to me and asked for a manager to see if I could then return the clothing. I asked her manager Sandy to discuss this poor attitude with kait before leaving (sandy was able to help me return the items despite this being a factory store). KAIT then proceeded to sarcastically say have good day..when you finally help a customer and for a bitter employee to ruin it because she cannot calm herself down is ridiculous. Sandy and Jacob were great - I know it is annoying when a customer asks for the manager but she is the only one who could help me return the items since this is a factory outlet. KAIT talked down on me, snapped at me, would not respect my request for her to STOP the conversation, and then the reason I’m leaving this review is because of the unneeded comment at my departure. I will not be returning to this express.

I was driving in the area as an Uber driver and stopped by the store and MILI was amazing at the register. Wow ⭐ super star customer service. Thank you for your patience as well MILI

On June 13, I was going in but the store was locked and someone inside shook her head saying the store is closed. It was only 7:30 pm. On the website it states it closed at 9:00 pm.

I really love the products but i had item to return and the cashier couldn’t find out what to do. So she told some one to do it. The person didn’t even bother helping, she just said I can’t and leave me behind.
