James is very rude and lacks severe customer service skills. Stewart the other associate had three clients finished before James was even done with mine. He purposely seemed to take his sweet time while also asking me questions with an attitude. I would hope FedEx spends more time educating their employees on customer service! Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing! James, don’t ask me to put on a mask with an attitude when clearly I didn’t see the sign. The minute I walked in without a mask on was the moment you treated me like garbage. I went immediately over to the area where the masks were and apologized and put a mask on! Be kind, if you want kindness given back to you!
