Edit: I’m not sure why people are posting a 1 star for not knowing the address or for the store being busy and not conversing with you, but everyone here gets the job done, gets it done well, and lets you get on your way. When they are busy, they can’t sit there for 5 mins to ask about your day. They are trying to get your package to where it needs to go fast, so just work with them and take a chill pill.
Great service! Scotty assisted me today, and he was an absolute gem. I came in with a bunch of random objects I needed shipped ASAP and he helped me put it all together nicely and packed it up in a timely manner with attention to detail and love (and packing paper). He also taped the box up way nicer than they usually do, even getting the corners and he was polite and friendly. He informed me of all my shipping options to get it there on time and helped me with the tracking process info as well. I don’t always go to this store because it’s far from me so I was weary at first, but Scotty put my uneasiness away in the first encounter.
The store was also clean and stocked, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in.
Had to write a review to give him a shoutout, thanks Scotty!

Not a FedEx location. I called them and the nice gentlemen on the phone advised me to put in the address as:
3300 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Grapevine, TX
(Without suite 106).
It’s next to Mattress Firm. Hope this helps.

The man who help me to send my packages was extremly nice with me, it was big boxes and heavy but he always helped me to do it with a lot of patience.. I highly recommend this place

Had a terrific experience this morning. I placed a last minute print and copy order online around 7:30 a.m. (before the store opened). I walked in around 9:05 a.m. and Josh asked me my name and said “I just finished your order.” The online estimate was noon but he immediately took care of it and it was ready as soon as I needed it. And what a nice guy! So thoughtful and friendly. I’d use that location every day if I could. Thanks Josh!

Terrible. I came in yesterday and ship some thing that was supposed to be delivered by 10 AM today and I just found out that somehow they did not select the right option and so it was not the right delivery time. Absolutely terrible.

Manager going out of there way to give me attitude/accusations as I’m walking out the door, due to FedEx website not being updated, and him not familiar with the website ordering in general.

Arrived at their facility at 840am, not realizing they don't open until 9am. Went back to my car to Google a UPS Store when Elton, a FedEx agent, came to my car and invited me in early! He packed my box with packing material in lieu of buying bubble wrap I didn't need. Excellent, polite, attentive, and helpful customer service from Elton! Will definitely return.
